I absolutely loved my experience at Salt Lake Waxing! Her technique was amazing, and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire session. Being in the last stage of my pregnancy, I really appreciated how she accommodated everything to make the waxing as smooth and easy as possible. It didn’t hurt at all, which was such a relief. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great waxing experience!

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now, words can’t describe how grateful I am for the services I am provided! Julie does such a wonderful job at making sure people are comfortable! I trust this place entirely. I've known the lead aesthetician for years and she always does an impeccable job. She is fast, thorough, and when it comes to more sensitive wax jobs, she keeps the skin happy with cooling in between strips and keeps YOU distracted from discomfort with affable chat. Also very affordable pricing on top of super friendly and professional service. I will never go anywhere else! If you're new, she will answer any questions about aftercare to help with ingrowns or whatever. Plus the location is cute and private. 11/10, it's the only hair removal place I recommend, period!

Been coming to Juls for nearly a decade, she is absolutely THE BEST! Extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. Get Juls if this is your first waxing experience and she'll make you feel very comfortable and before you know it, you'll be done! Experience is useless without expertise. Juls possesses both decades of experience and unmatched expertise in esthetics. While everyone has a different pain tolerance for waxing, the professionalism and skills you get at Salt Lake Waxing Co. are constant. Juls will let you know what to expect upfront and ensure you're comfortable throughout your visit. Her attention to detail, skilled application, and use of the best products show her commitment to caring for my skin. Clean and conveniently located. Highly recommend. That's for the tl; dr review readers. For the review readers interested in knowing more about my glowing recommendation: I go to Salt Lake Waxing Co. every six weeks! But it didn't start out like that... Ten years ago, like many adults with body image issues, I was not only scared waxing would be excruciatingly painful, but I couldn't fathom being naked and spreading my legs open like a frog in a well-lit room, let alone have a stranger looking at me in that vulnerable state. However, the desire to be hair-free compelled me to what you're doing now: reading reviews and trying to glimpse what to expect. Every six weeks, I see Juls for what we call the "All The Things" treatment. "All the things" starts with my brazilian wax. We're so busy catching up that I hardly notice what's happening down there. Before you know it, I'll roll over on my side into a fetal pose and with a few quick strokes, she's done, and I am gloriously hair-free from front to back! Next are my lower legs (full legs and butt cheeks are a must in the summer), my armpits, and my mustache! Next, her esthetician expertise really shines when she does my brows. It's not just a "brow wax" like you'll get at your nail salon. She's paying attention to my face shape, hairstyle, and hair color. Those details matter, especially if you're like me and opt to have your brows tinted. I always leave with perfectly precisely shaped eyebrows that fit my face and style. While the brow tint works its magic, it's nose time. Yes, I said nose. While plucking a single hair from within your nose is outrageously painful, surprisingly, warm wax on a stick placed carefully inside and swiftly removed isn't terrible at all. The nose hairs are gone without bringing tears to my eyes! No more troll nose. My advice to you: Book an appointment. Meet Juls. Ask questions. You don't have to start with "All The Things." Take as much time as you need to feel comfortable. Keep making appointments. Try something new. Around Halloween, she usually has a cute sign that reads: "You can't scare me; I've seen it all!" I believe she has. You'll get no shame, shock, or judgment about your body or skin—just a skilled professional who cares deeply about helping you look and feel your best. For me, that's very freeing! Juls has taught me about my skin and helped me become comfortable with it. Bonus tip: Get your armpits waxed. Seriously. Your armpit skin is some of the toughest on your body. It took me too long to get on the armpit train and even longer to get on the nose waxing wagon. It's so worth it!

I love Salt Lake Waxing Co! I’ve been seeing Juls for years and I recommend her to all of my friends especially those who haven’t had a Brazilian or bikini wax before because she is so skilled and so quick. The space is very welcoming and clean and Juls does a fantastic job! Finding a good waxer that you’re comfortable with can be hard, but I’ll tell you, look no further! These ladies know what they’re doing, the prices are the best in The Valley and they’re just wonderful! Even my husband has come in for a wax session. Fellas don’t be scared!
