I’ve always had the best experience with Susie. My appointment never feels rushed and my lashes looks beautiful every time I leave. I think it’s great for the ladies that they can bring their kiddos with them if they need to.

I do not live in Salt Lake City or Utah. I was here on business longer than expected and I needed to get an entire new set of hybrid lashes. I was very nervous as I love my lash person that I go to where I live. I have very sensitive eyes and have had my lashes done for over 10years. I booked an appointment with Susie after researching different lash places in SLC and different lash tech's. I chose Susie and am so grateful that I did. Susie was/is very professional and really listens to how you want your lashes to look. She was careful, gentle and thoughtful and my lashes turned out beautifully. I had no swelling or eye irritation at all during or after my appointment. I am on my way back to see her for a 2 week fill before I leave SLC. I have not had very much shedding and my lashes still look quite full after 2 weeks. I recommend Susie at Salt City Lashes 100%. Thank you Susie for being so accommodating for me and my work schedule as well! You are true professional.

I have been using Salt City Lashes for approximately the past three years, and Rachel and Lupe have always been the most kind and welcoming. They always do THE best job, everything is clean and pristine. Being able to step away from my busy day to day life and spend 45 minutes with them truly makes my life better. I highly recommend Salt City Lashes and Lupe. I scheduled a lash lift and tint for my daughter and it was the perfect result and experience. Her lashes look longer, fuller, and healthier. Lupe had the effortless precision that gives reassurance during a first visit and comes from experience and skill. As we were leaving, we were talking about her next appointment. I went in for a removal Lupe did a wonderful job taking them off very gentle w/ my lashes. I was so grateful because my left eye was swollen and hurting. They went out of their way to get me in sooner then their availability on line. I felt cared for, and grateful that I found a place that was open on Sunday.

I wish I would have found this location sooner, Lupe is sooo good at what she does! My lashes always look phenomenal, they last much longer than where I've had them done before, and Lupe is just so sweet! I couldn't have asked for a better lash artist

Lupe offers a very competitive price for a lash lift and tint, so I decided to go to Salt City Lashes to try this service for the first time. She is very easy to talk to while executing your service. I messed up my lashes and reached out, and she was more than happy to immediately book me to come in for a complimentary fix-up. She obviously really wants her customers to be happy with their results. Overall, I'm loving my lifted lashes and had a very good experience.

Susie lifted my lashes and I feel like a brand new person. I also thought my lashes were to short and thin but she really transformed me! She was wonderful to work with and I felt so relaxed. I would recommend her to all my friends and am definitely coming back!

I came into town for a wedding and did not expect to lose as many lashes as I did. I needed an emergency fill and Rachael had an opening and did AMAZING work! I wish I lived where I could continue to see her. She is fantastic ❤️

I DO NOT recommend this place. I don’t write reviews unless it was extremely good or bad but I just had to share my experience with their service. I had my lash lift done and it looked okay for the first day. I took all the precautions like I did with my lash lifts done before but by day 2, lashes were already back to as they were. I explained this and when they asked if I wanted to come in and get it fixed, I told them I wouldn’t want to go in and get it fixed like they asked since my lashes looked damaged from the perm. All they responded was “we don’t offer refunds.” That’s it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tiffani was amazing. Professional, great work, my lashes actually stay in longer than when had them previously done. She has been great to work around my schedule. If you want to get eyelashes she is the one to go to. You really need to give her a try.

I got myself a lash lift back in January. I have gotten them before but this time my left eyelid was burning so bad when the chemical solution was applied that I had to have Rachel take it off. My eyelashes where lifted so high after that they curled under my lid. After a month and a half, the left eye stayed so curled that I had to have them apply the solution to make them uncurl and tame it down and that application didn't burn. Finally after 3 months, they fell out and grew back normal. I contacted them asking to be reimbursed for all the trouble and discomfort and they said it was my own reaction to the chemical and it's my problem and I did not believe that one bit. I went to "The Spa Lounge" to get another lash lift and it was perfect!! I was so nervous , but there was no burning and the curl was just right on both eyes. Plus the table was warm in a very comfortable environment. Lasted 8 weeks and now doing it again. Just be careful. That is some serious stuff you're putting on your eyelid. If you feel it burn, it's the person applying it and their lack of knowledge and care

I went in for a lash lift and eyebrow wax. She was very kind and I’m sure they are good at doing fake eyelashes however, the girl who took care of me did not know how to was eyebrows. She didn’t wax the middle and were left all misshaped. I didn’t notice until I got home. I also let her know that I had long lashes so she only put the solution on half of my eyelashes and didn’t leave the solution on long enough. They don’t look that great. I think they are way overcharging 20$ wax for someone who has no experience with eyebrow waxes. Really wanted to like this place and I learned that you really do get what you pay for. Won’t be returning.

Rachel is incredible! I’ve had terrible experiences prior. She pays attention to detail, which is what I appreciate the most. Every single lash was set properly on the coil and she took her time to ensure not a lash was left out or flipped incorrectly. End result: one of the best lash lifts I’ve done to date! Not all lash technicians do a great lifting job! So, if you’ve never done it or gone to someone who messed you up, Rachel can fix you up !

Rachel is phenomenal! My mom and I went to her for a lash lift and tint and were so thrilled with the final product. We are both very blonde with very blonde lashes and came out looking like we had very full mascara on. Rachel was so kind to fit us in very last minute, she was very professional, sweet and did an amazing job. Thank you!!

The owner did such a great job on my eyelash lift! It was the first time I’ve ever done them and was worried. But she was very nice and walked me through what she was doing. She was so nice and the place was very clean. I’ve been recommended everyone to go to her. Will definitely go back.
