LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Ginny is wonderful and the salt cave is so relaxing. Even my allergies seem gone at least so far this spring since i’ve been going to the cave .Amazing! EVERY visit is exceptional!! I can’t say enough positive things about this place.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in the private Salt room for two! The owner was very welcoming and even brought us delicious tea to enjoy during session. We left feeling refreshed and energized, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and given a locker to store my shoes, jacket and purse. I asked if I could bring in a reading light to read a novel I brought with me and since I was the only one in the salt room I was given permission. She offered me a cup of tea and since I sipped it slowly I had some left to bring home. I noticed the teabag was custom made with fresh fruit and spices - a bonus gift! Once in the salt cave, I was charmed by its calm decor with salt block walls backlit and glowing. There was a waterfall feature that was calming and soft music in the background. The entire room was of salt including the floor of salt pebbles. I made a couple more appointments and am considering a membership.

Absolutely wonderful place to bring toddlers with upper respiratory issues. My sister and I brought our 4 children under four and everyone was entertained and felt much better after leaving the Salt Cave. Highly recommended.

Best experience ever! Helped alleviate my chest cold symptoms. The people are super nice and helpful in making the session enjoyable. The quality of my sleep improved and I woke refreshed! Looking forward to book again!

Diane’s session is very relaxing and insightful. She clearly has a special gift as a Reiki master, meditation expert and coach. The salt cave is a perfect venue. I didn’t want it to end. Highly recommended!!! Will definitely book another session soon!

I enjoyed a lovely experience at the Salt Cave of Darien. I felt a wave of ease the moment I arrived as the atmosphere was cozy & welcoming. My half hour reflexology session within the salt cave was so relaxing and exactly what I needed to clear my sinuses and my mind.

This was my second visit to The Salt Cave in Darien. The entire experience was relaxing. The cave is soothing & relaxing. During this entire unsettling time, I am able to fully relax. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Went for the first time I have been wanting to visit this place, but my schedule did not allow me so I signed up with ChelseaPiers Fitness. I went to an event . I really enjoyed it very relaxing. I will be returning and bring a friend with me very nice atmosphere. The only issue I had was the girls in the front desk were laughing very loud and talking very loud. But other than that, it's a beautiful relaxing place

My daughter and I recently went to the Salt Cave of Darien for massages. We both had awesome massages and felt so much better afterwards. It was wonderful to experience the benefits of the salt caves while receiving our massages as well. I highly recommend them!

We came to the salt cave to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday & it did not disappoint. We added a foot massage to it as well & Nanette was friendly & very professional. She got to all 6 of us (my mom’s very 1st). We enjoyed this very much & would definitely do it again.

I was looking for a relaxing weekend yoga class in the area and stumbled upon Salt Cave of Darien. I signed up for a $30 Yin/Stretch Yoga class at 9:30AM on Saturday. It was my first experience in a salt cave and it was really cool (literally and figureatively). The class was intimate with another "classmate" and Gilly, our instructor. It was a nice slow pace and you can push yourself as hard as you're comfortable with. The music was calming and I definitely felt sore the next day (in a good way). Registration was easy, the reminders were helpful, and I would definitely come back again!

Loved this salt cave experience. I really enjoyed hearing what the benefits were and everything. Did a private salt cave and reflexology. Would probably just do the cave alone next time as I’d like to be in the bigger one to see how that is. Highly recommend
