My husband and I had couples massages for our 5 year anniversary. We opted for the couples romance package, and the champagne was a nice touch, but next time I’d just opt for the 90 minute massage instead for the same price. Sammantha and Kailie did a great job and we both really enjoyed our massages.

1st time customer...and I was so impressed! Sammantha is amazing-she listened to my needs, and truly helped me with the extensive knots in my neck, back, and shoulders. I'm happy that I've found my new massage spa! Relaxing and cute environment. The waiting room and rooms are clean and hygienic. Welcoming staff from the moment you walk in. 5 stars all the way. Salt and Sage Healing is in a charming bungalow with a relaxing atmosphere. It's very clean and calming. Sammantha is an amazing, skilled massage therapist! She's knowledgeable and kind, listens well, and is able to work out all my neck and shoulder knots that come with working a desk job. I also haven't had low back pain since I started going to her. I highly recommend her!

This was my second visit with Samantha. She did great, once again my massage was relaxing as well as healing. You are greeted right away, the place is inviting with subdued coloring, decor, and very clean and neat. My sister goes to Nick, she raves about him and his massage therapy. If you are looking, this place is a great choice, you won't be disappointed.

I always have a wonderful experience at Salt and Sage. Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist with a vast amount of knowledge of her craft. Her team is trained in so many techniques. Aside from the typical styles of massage they also offer lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, craniosacral, and so much more. As a chiropractor, I regularly and confidently refer my patients to Salt and Sage.

From the moment I walked into Salt and Sage I knew the journey was about to begin for my healing. Stephanie and Nick greeted me with warmth and love. Their energy and peacefulness add to the professionalism they exude. I had the best sleep last evening after an amazing lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral and reflexology massage from Stephanie. I am looking forward to Samantha working with me for more of the same, Nick for reiki sessions and to meet Will along the way for more healing treatments. Excitement abounds as I start peeling away the layers of damage from a life of overworking!

Great place! Clean and super cozy. Easy parking and on a quiet street. The service is wonderful and the whole team is incredibly kind and skilled. Cannot recommend enough. Sammantha is an absolute delight and a miracle worker! I look forward to our appointments every month and have been noticing great relief from tension and even better posture since I started coming here. Salt & Sage was incredible! Stephanie was my therapist and she definitely answered her calling. Her hands are magic. She checked about the pressure, and then delivered! 2 hours of pure relaxation. Highly recommend!

I had a massage at salt and sage healing and the place was quaint, clean, comfortable, and a wonderful atmosphere. I received a massage from Samantha and she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and asking the right questions, and pin pointed pain areas, and it was an all around great experience. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be going back.

My GO TO massage place here in St Pete - it's quaint and quiet - easily located for me to get to, and everyone who works there is amazing at their job. I ALWAYS leave feeling so much looser. Working as an artist I need full range of motion and they keep me moving!

Everyone was super friendly, the place was nice inside and out. Samantha gave me the best massage I've ever had in my life! She took the time to listen and do just what I needed. Very happy I found this massage studio on yelp. The reviews are spot on. Quiet, aesthetic studio in a great location. Nick was awesome. I went to him last night for a lymphatic drainage massage which I’ve been wanting for months! He ended the session with hot stone and hot towels on my feet. I seriously have never felt so relaxed after a session, I could’ve fell asleep there lol I already feel less swollen and bloated. I can’t wait to be back for a round 2 and other types of services.

Nick is truly a master at his craft. If you have issues with neck shoulder or back he will help you day one. He is a quiet Mastermind of the anatomy and healing of muscles and tension. If you work on a computer or have manual labor I think it is essential to have those muscles cared for. Nick has been doing this work for a very long time and is truly a master.
