my stylist today was kelsey at salon Z. she made me feel not only welcomed like no other but also did an amazing job sticking to my budget and inspo pictures i had set & shown. it was also cool to see two of the inspo pics kinda become one as well! cant forget to mention how crazy the coloring is like🤯 overall 10/10 it was a really fun experience and i'd so go again and you should book with her asap

I highly recommend Kelsey! She loves to work with your vision and does a great job! She does a great job with consultations and is very honest about what would work and what wouldn’t with your hair, especially when she gets to know your hair well! And Her colors are always on point!

I usually have good things to say about SalonZ but the most recent appointment was not as enjoyable. It was for my 10yr old daughter, the appointment was set for 11:30, I was sent multiple reminders so we got there early. Waited 30mins because Betty was working on someone else’s hair. No communication of how long wait would be or an apology for the wait. We were about to get up to leave when she had my daughter come back. My daughter’s haircut is uneven, and the pink highlight she got there’s some blonde still left when it’s just a small piece of hair I don’t see how it could have gotten missed, It’s things like this that make me go back to cutting and doing my kids own hair. And for the price it should have all been colored! I paid extra to have Betty do it because she’s one with longest experience. Idk if she was having an off day because she was doing another lady’s hair at the same time or she just can’t focus enough on two people at once. Where has peoples pride in their work gone?? She was very rough with brushing my daughter’s hair too, she is little and didn’t speak up but told me that it hurt. Also she had another girl blow dry my daughter’s hair which took AN HOUR! Ridiculous! I’ve never had to wait that long to get hair blow dried! She used a round brush on her hair and it didn’t even make it look nice. Two spiral curls and the rest straight, idk if she was just playing around or what but it was a waste of time! Took 3 hours of our time. We will not be coming back and I will be fixing my daughters hair.

I went many years without a stylist, and met Kelsey when she was in school. She's is very good at what she does, and is passionate about broadening her knowledge and making sure that her clients are happy with the services received. I am happy to finally have a stylist, and I look forward to my 6-week color touch-up and cut.

Kelsey is by far the best hair stylist I've been too. She asks lots of questions to assure that you get exactly what you want and she's very informative on the entire process. As long as you communicate she absolutely won't let you leave her chair with bad hair.

I worked with the newest stylist at the salon. I didn’t really enjoy my experience with her. She gave me layers after I specifically requested for her not to. My hair was not the correct color even after bleaching and toning it twice. The other stylist at the salon attempted to assist my stylist and she did not seem to take any of their advice. She wasn’t very personable and didn’t really ask for my opinion on my hair throughout the process. She was very focused on her own opinion of my hair. I will not be going back to Salon Z.

I got my hair cut by Kelsey and to say she did a good job is an understatement. She’s the best stylist I’ve ever gone to. She truly cares about her clients and her work. She made sure I liked everything and was such a sweetheart throughout it all I’d definitely recommend her to anyone wanted a haircut.
