I travel far just to see this one girl who was highly recommended. I have been there twice and she’s AMAZING! I give her 1k stars!!! The only downsides I encountered was a strong sewer smell on both occasions which was very unpleasant and also how part of the building was a lot warmer than other sides. (Side note: visits were 5 weeks apart) Hopefully, this problem gets resolved soon. I would hate to stop coming for amazing services with someone I trust because of smelly building problems!

I have visited several Salon by JC locations, and this one stands out as my favorite. I'm thrilled I no longer have to travel to Sugar Land, as this closer location has exceptionally talented staff. The only downside I encountered was a strong sewer smell last weekend, which was quite off-putting. I hope they address this issue before my next visit. For now, I would rate it three stars.

I have been going to Salon by JC Aliana for about 2 months. The location is ideal; it’s newly built and very clean. The few times I have been there, you get a hint of sewer smell. I did not pay much attention to it at first, but I keep getting a whiff as soon as you walk in. The smell is getting strong. I hope they get this address sooner rather than later because I would hate to leave my salon specials over this.

This is my second time at this location, Bianca does a great job with my hair very professional, the building looks amazing very modern and so spacious. Brea the concierge at the front keeps the building very clean and she's so sweet and helpful and so is Bianca, I love it here and will highly recommend and encourage that you come here.

Beautiful and welcoming environment. Very clean and welcoming. Linna my lash technician is a miracle worker. My lashes lasts so long it’s ridiculous and I always get compliments even on week 4!!!!

I always enjoy my experience at JC Salon, Lina Lashes does a fabulous job on my Lashes, and the receptionist Brea is always so kind, sweet, personable. She always says hello and goodbye when you leave this is a luxury experience in Richmond and is a phenomenal Place. This is all the space is always clean as well as the restrooms have beautiful decor. Keep up the amazing work!

I get my lashes done by Lashes by Lina and I’ve fallen in love with this place. Lina’s service is the best. She’s always professional and quick. This Salons by JC location is a one stop shop and always super clean. Plus the bonus is there’s always a friendly face to greet me on the way in and out.

I get my nails done at KP nails studio & my eyebrows by Liv Artistry. Everytime I’ve come here the salon is clean and beautiful! Highly recommend coming to this location. Brea at the front is also so welcoming every time I walk in. Love this location. Highly recommend coming here for your services!

The facility, ambience and the staff is wonderful. It’s modern and chic, very welcoming. I come here for hair and facial services. Every time I walk in, I am welcomed with a smile from Brea. She is very helpful answering questions; they have beverages like coffee and water and a very comfortable waiting area with TV. I highly recommend this facility for several of your hair, facial and other self care needs.

This is such a great salon!! Beautifully decorated, very clean and very professional staff. Big shout out to Brea who always has a smile for everyone, makes all feel very welcome and always asks how she can help. She does an amazing job maintaining the salon and keeps everything clean and well cared for. She is definitely a keeper!!

This is the second time that I have been here in this building. It is a nice place and fancy, and very clean. I come here to get my eyelashes done with linalashes. She is very good and I been going to her for 2 years.

My husband and step sons get their hair cuts here religiously every two weeks by Teresa. Not only does she do a wonderful job but this building and the suites are BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend!

The place is beautiful on the inside and plenty of parking. Eunice did my braids and did a wonderful job. Bri the receptionist was wonderful as well and they were all very kind. Everyone was so nice
