Beware of using the Cashapp link! Notified the owner of duplicate charges to my account for the same service. I contacted CashApp, and verified the withdrawals from my bank after she said she only received one payment. Once i sent her proof she continued to give me the run around. There's still been no resolution from her and it's been nearly 30 days since bringing the issue up. I won't be back! If you go, please monitor your transactions.

i tried booking an appointment for brow tint and she said she can’t do it because of my dark shade of skin tone. which does not make sense to me at all which is very colorist.

Helen is SO good at microblading! When I met her my eyebrows were not shaped or defined from years of waxing, I walked out with great looking arches but not overly fake appearing either. The salon looks great/clean. I have a busy schedule so it was a little hard to make a follow up appointment and my first appointment I made when I randomly saw their open sign. Nonetheless, I love my eyebrows now!

I have been seeing Helen for my brows for nearly 7 years now. She is an excellent artist and always very professional. Her new salon location is extremely elegant and relaxing. I couldn’t ask for better service and quality. Would highly recommend.

If you are thinking about booking with Helen and her staff for any of the services offered, do not hesitate, just go for it! I felt so welcomed entering the salon. The atmosphere is so relaxing, vibrant, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I wish I had booked sooner for microblading & microshading! Helen was extremely kind and professional. She is great at what she does. My advice, please do not hesitate. She's an expert in her craft and you will not be disappointed. I am extremely pleased. My only regret is I wish I had booked with her sooner. Don't hesitate. I promise you will leave satisfied. Helen gave me the gift of perfect brows - that I had always wanted and I will forever be grateful and patronize her business. I waited 5 years, hesitant about doing something for me. The fact that she is a perfectionist just like me…I appreciate her honesty. Such as if midway or final finish right before all is said and done…we would get it right. Basically So she’s proud of her work and I’m proud of the results! Definitely will recommend her to family and friends.

This is the IT SALON of the Westbank! So beautiful inside and easy to locate. Everyone is so nice....from the hair stylist to the make up artist to the last technician; everyone provided quality work. I enjoyed my visit and came out a more beautiful version of myself! 10/10 recommend. If you know you want to get something done, book early 'cause they're appointment only and they fill up fast. They are very on time with their scheduled appointments and get you in and out quickly.
