I am new to the area and was optimistic to entrust my hair to Alicia. I scheduled my appointment online and the confirmation email did not provide an address to which salon I was meant to go to other than "Salon West Clearwater", which my GPS pulled up as the Seminole location. After driving to my appointment, being informed by the receptionist that I was at the wrong location, and then driving to the correct one, I was over a half hour late to an appointment I otherwise would've been on time for. Alicia was kind enough to fit me in anyways, but, considering the final haircut I received, I really wish she wouldn't have. The inspiration pictures showed a slight trim and face framing layers but what I received was choppy and uneven. She was unable to blow dry and style my hair in the salon, so I could not appropriately assess the haircut within the session. I am very disappointed to have paid the price I paid when the quality of the cut was not equivalent. I will be taking my patronage elsewhere as I do not trust this issue to be resolved at this location.

I’ve been coming here for years now and I just Love them! Everyone is always so sweet. Even my boys got their hair cuts here while they were little. Highly recommend this place, specially Candence. Her patience while cutting my boys hair ( constantly moving) was speechless. Not to mention the ability to engage in conversation with them (fortnight and other games lol )plus she always nailed there haircuts along with mine.

I was having such a terrible day a salon I had been too earlier in the day messed up my haircut and betrayed my trust in the way that I thought they knew how to make layers even and symmetrical and not say a particular style would look bad on me and proceeded to not listen to me and or do what style I wanted and am paying for cough cough it was bellas so i had to come in for first time and beg this poor woman Faith to fix my hair and she did an absolutely amazing job I came in so upset so sad depressed and left so happy and feeling so beautiful and gorgeous if you're feeling insecure and iffy about who you can trust with your hair salon West has my vote as somebody who takes their hair and their appearance very seriously i trust them and will be back in the future ❤️🙏❤️ ps thank you Faith ur a lifesaver

I had a facial with Jamie today and it was absolutely amazing. Not only does my skin feel amazing, she is so extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. I made sure to book my next appointment before I left!

Had my first appointment today with Cadie & I will definitely be a returning customer. She’s super welcoming & has such a fun, friendly personality! Very clean, nice salon. I just moved here & I’m relieved to have found my new salon!

I go to Salon West on McMullen Booth in Clearwater and I absolutely Love Rachel! She is so friendly, fun, talented and does an amazing job with my highlights and cuts! She is the first person I went to when I moved here and I do not plan on going any place else! Also, everyone at the salon is so nice. 😊

I have been a client of Rachel Meyer’s for well over 10 years now and let me tell you… I hit the jackpot with her! She is so creative and talented with all things hair, especially color. I tell her a small idea and she puts what I’m thinking but 10x better onto a magical hair canvas! And… Her scalp massages are heaven. 😂 The salon has a relaxing and welcoming environment. Very accommodating in all of the ways through all of the years, and such nice staff. Each visit is a joy to come in. Thank you Salon West Clearwater!

I have been coming to Salon West for several years! The staff is so lovely and very kind! They make you feel at home right away! All the stylists are very skilled. I have been seeing Cadie for several years now and she is top notch. Run don’t walk to Salon West and to Cadie!!!!

I haven’t gone anywhere else since I began coming here. Cadie is someone I trust and can always count on at this store to always listen to what I want but also gives her suggestions on things I may not either be thinking of or aware. She is truly the best and there isn’t anyone or any place I would go to other than this salon! Truly a one on one exceptional experience that I would recommend to friends and family! I am never disappointed when I come here & I know that everyone will be happy they chose this as their forever salon!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Faith at Salon West in Clearwater, Florida for a highlights color and cut, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and caring staff who made me feel right at home. They even offered me a coffee or something to drink while I waited for my appointment. Faith is truly a talented hairdresser who made me feel beautiful again with her expert coloring and cutting skills. But what really set this salon apart was the extra attention to detail, like the amazing head massage I received during my wash. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! I highly recommend Faith and Salon West to anyone looking for a top-notch hairdressing experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is attentive, and the results are fantastic. I will definitely be returning for all of my future hair needs. Thank you, Faith and Salon West, for making me feel beautiful again!

I paid over $80 for a bad haircut and the stylist was rude. I will not be back to that location again. I’ve been in the service industry for more than half of my life. I think it’s time for that “stylist” to find another job. I could not wait to get out of there. I will drive 40 minutes to my old stylist. I’m never going there again even though it’s less than 5 minutes from my home.

It’s ridiculous to set an appointment, so I made appointment online then someone calls me leaves a message to confirm I called them back and they said oh the time isn’t good that’s fine and then they need a credit card that’s fine but I was walking my dog so I couldn’t get them a credit card number at the moment I called back to make appointment and they hang up on me so it’s like OK if you guys are busy just just say that you’re not taking any appointments right now!!!!!!!
