Raquel took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. The haircut and color were flawless, and the overall atmosphere was so pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back with her. I highly recommend Raquel!

For Pats Eyebrow Threading located in here - I’ve been going to Pat for about two and a half years now and have been loyal to her. I do my best to make it on time and do tip her well. Recently, I mistakenly thought my appointment was scheduled for Thursday instead of Wednesday and when I messaged her Thursday morning apologizing, she decided to be shady and made it seem like it was intentional. Due to her acting like that. I no longer trust her with threading my face and will be going elsewhere. You cannot expect your customers to respect you when you’re going to turn around act shady even after the customer has apologized. Good luck

I did brazilian blowout with Raquel, Unfortunately, after washing the next day, my hair was more frizzy than before with burnt hair , I don't recommended Raquel. I bought it at Groupon.

Don’t try and call them, they won’t answer or return your calls. I tried calling them 2 times on June 15 (both times leaving voicemails). They never answered and they never called me back. I still have not heard back from them. Obviously they don’t want new business.

Raquel did my hair a few hours before my wedding and she did a fantastic job. I showed her photos of the look I was going for and she was very open to listening and explaining her process. She was careful with my hair since it's curly and took her time making sure she took off the correct length and always making sure I was getting what I wanted. At the end of it all I looked fantastic. I'm so grateful to her and I will be returning.
