If I could give more than 5 stars I ABSOLUTELY would. Kendra brought my locs and my spirit back 2life. I HIIIIGHLY recommend. My service was loc repair long overdue. The newly renovated atmosphere is so inviting as well as the people. Thank u Kendra, my permanent stylist... Love ya girl.

Man they hooked me up. If I could give 10 Stars, I would. I got lucky being a walking and they took care of me right away. Got a wash dry braids and a line up. Everything one stop .lowkey felt like a vip fr. Highly recommend.

My experience with Salon Serenity, The Lady is bad, the owner, she did my hair which was a while ago, and she got my hair, really straighten, just like I wanted to be. I was so impress. She's a good hair stylist, and she also Won in the Hair Show as a Hair Designer, She very creative, in other words, the girl is bad. She's Kind, and patient. A matter a fact, I suppose to come to visit, there soon.

I absolutely love coming here! I was recently seen by Lydia to have kinky twist done and she did an amazing job, I showed her a photo and she did exactly what I asked, she even willingly changed everything I was dissatisfied with, with no hesitation. Everyone one here is so kinda and welcoming. There was all love, no judgment, and great conversations amongst everyone!

TLDR: 100/100 Serenity is one of the best places I've been to in the last 30 years. So far their record with me is 4 for 4. Perfect every time. Great vibes. Great music. Great location. Services for the whole family and/or wedding party. Barber, Salon, wash, color, style, and hell they might even have massage beds, manicures, and pedicures set up. Call and check. Serenity's staff were keen, engaging, and ready to take care of people and peoples hair. This is a great place to spend a few hours. As long as Darius is there... this is my spot. Barber Darius is competent, jovial, professional, and a steady hand. 10/10.

Wish I had the same experience as others. I didn't like that they take photos of your hair without permission. This is especially since my hair fell apart the same day on the two occasions I went in to get it styled. Came back in to get it fixed and got attitude. I didn't know until later, but they told me my sister sued them for a bad haircut sometime in the past, which I was unaware of. They knew she was my sister as we have the same last name and they asked after my second visit. I attribute my bad service to this as I felt it was weird how they were acting secretive and whispering when I first came in for an appointment. This is not directed towards Kendra as she never did my hair and I saw she did a great job with others' hair. Idk who the lady was but she was heavily set with short hair. I was hoping this was not intentional until I saw the worker at the grocery store and her attitude was dismissive. I really wish I could've had a better experence.

I can’t say enough good things about this salon. Both DeJuan (barber) and LaToya (stylist) are professionals and excellent at what they do! DeJuan cut my son’s hair and LaToya gave him gorgeous braids. We’re so impressed!

Decent price. Just make sure you thoroughly check your hair cut. Old buddy of mine messed up my haircut then didn’t respond to my text about it. It’s okay mistakes happen but I moved on to different people.
