Jess is so nice and easy to talk to. I have curly hair and Jess always knows how to cut it so that it lays and curls beautifully. After many disappointing hair cuts at other salons, I found Jess about 4-5 years ago and I’m never disappointed. Previously I always colored my own hair but started having it professionally done by Jess. I love the color so much more than what I was using. If you have curly hair, Jess is your girl!!

For Jessica: I don't know what to do about the disappointment I feel in my style you cut into my hair last week. From the beginning, there wasn't much, conversation about what I wanted. I showed you the inspiration picture And you told me you told me I had to get my hair fixed 1st from having cut it myself. I Didn't quite understand that because you did cut it only shorter than what it was Still with disconnected Layers And uneven In places. Even the shampoo was really bad. You squirted me in the face once and then splashed me twice.. The water ran cold On a cold day which was pretty uncomfortable. Not the whole time, but for a little while. Pretty weird. I have a pretty big thick chunk of hair on the right side of my head at a weird angle. That is not repeated on the other side. You didn't really do any length checking either from side to side.so it’s uneven in front. Don't know about the back. guess I'm lucky I still have some hair. I'm not a vain person, but my appearance is something I kinda value. It was pretty clear I thought that I wasn't jazzed about how I looked when I left.. I told you my daughter gave it a thumbs up but ??? ????? When I was checking out you asked me out loud if I wanted to put a tip on top of the $45 dollars... I have never been asked out loud for a tip for a service. Then you didn't even attempt to rebook me for that repair style haircut I needed. What a disappointment. was there a time constraint? Did you just not feel well? Did you just dislike me? It doesn't matter. I won't trust anyone. I’m sorry to blast you but I’ve had it with bad services.

Richard is an amazing talent! I was amazed at how well he cuts and styles all under 45 minutes. I couldn’t have had a better style and cut. And he gives an amazing scalp massage with his fingers while he’s Styling and cutting!!! So highly recommended for anyone wanting a great cut! Thank you so much

This is in response to the attack on my mom from the owner that responded, & who accused her of lying, reported her falsely, and wished bad “karma” on her. My mom took me to this Salon on 2/10/22 at 4pm. Our experience was exactly as she stated. I was humiliated with the condescending way the stylist spoke to us and how she did such a terrible job on my hair. My mom had to take me to another place to get my hair fixed to help me feel better. As to your comment about never having serviced anyone in a wheelchair there, this is not true. I was there with my mom and my sister on 2/10/22 to see Ms. Confy. I had to transfer out of my chair into the salon chair and then back into my wheelchair. Obviously, this was of no value to you since you completely deny it and my experience entirely. As to your attack against my mom, who adopted me knowing I was paralyzed from the waist down and has taken care of me for 22 years, I’m appalled at your lack of honesty, decency, and professionalism. We still have the appointment in her Google calendar from that day and we also have the bank statement showing my mom paid in full even after the negative experience. The date appears off on the Google review because my mom received an email about another recent (positive ) review she made telling her what a difference her reviews have made for people. When she pulled up the reviews, she saw that her phone had autocorrected something in this review and so she corrected it. When she did, Google changed the date on the review to a more recent date. As for her name not being in your records, 1) The appointment was in my name since I was the one getting my hair done. 2) She has gotten remarried since this and her name has changed. As for karma, we believe in reaping what you sow, so may your words return to you.

Took my daughter (biracial) in to have her hair cut so that we could do twists all over (what I explained to the scheduler over the phone). The stylist brushed her hair out dry(!), then barely trimmed anything off (leaving it way too long for the style we were going for) and then patted it down. It looked frizzy and smashed down. While cutting her hair, the stylist proceeded to tell her how she thought my daughter should do her hair. We did not ask for what she thought nor was it anything like we described we wanted. When she asked what we thought, my daughter was clearly upset and I expressed this is not what we wanted. The stylist proceeded to tell us that's how she liked it and that's how we should do her hair. Then told me the charge was $45. My daughter was distraught so I got her back in her wheelchair, got her out of there, and took her to get her hair fixed. Very disappointed.

My daughter and I went in for a much needed haircut. We both had very long hair but needed to refresh in this Florida heat. I love the way Lisa cut and styled our hair! She is very professional and sweet. My daughter and I feel so fresh and beautiful with our new cuts. Thank you Lisa. 😊❤️💇🏽‍♀️💇🏻‍♀️

My daughter went in for a haircut. She’s a college student on limited funds should do. The haircuts starts at 30. The woman cut her hair dry. She has fine curly or and not very long. She said it took stylidt maybe 20 minutes max and she didn’t use products she did a dry and charged my daughter $75 and only took cash. Because my daughter is young and doesn’t want to cause a scene or upset someone she didn’t say anything and she even tipped the woman $17 because she felt that she was obligated I had her send me a picture of the haircut. It was nothing special whatsoever definitely not $75 and when you’re going in there thinking $30 or $40 maybe a up charge charge $15 or 20 and ending up being charged $75 was insane. I feel like it’s a town they took advantage of her because she’s a young college student. I would definitely be aware and be careful about using the Salon

Pam is amazing!! When I first visited, I wanted to cut my long hair. Over time, she has crafted my hair into the picture here. I absolutely love my hair and I get so many compliments on it. Pam takes my ideas, checks with me about ideas she has and comes up with the final result. She’s awesome at feeling her way through the haircut as well and working with the person’s specific hair and face to find a flattering style. (For example, she works around/with cowlicks, waves or curls, how your hair naturally lays, etc). She’s even cutting my teen girls’ hair now.

I have been a regular customer in the past. Tina has been my stylist when I did come here. She never fails to produce the right color and hair style for me. The only reason I stopped coming was that my financial situation changed. But, now I am in the position to come back and continue having my hair done here. The staff has always been courteous. Great place all around good environment.

Jessica has been my stylist for over ten years and she is hands down the best stylist and I don’t trust anyone else. I have black brown hair and she colors my hair every six weeks to an ice blonde color, successfully. Very few stylists know how to color hair that drastically the right way and she only bleaches it once. I am in and out in less than two hours and it’s perfect. The products she’s uses are top notch and the salon is always clean. Front desk is super nice and helpful. I get numerous compliments on my hair ALL the time and I send everyone to Jessica. She is knowledgeable and knows hair, always has. Try her out especially if you want color done right. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been going here for I think over a year now and they’ve been incredible every single time. Easy scheduling for appointments, friendly service and I cannot gush about my hairdresser Jess. She is the absolute best at what she does. She knows what I like more than I do. I’ve sent all my friends and family over here and I don’t see it stopping anytime soon

My usual stylist went on an extended maternity leave recently and I had to find a new stylist. I made an appointment for a free consultation with Jess. I was VERY nervous to use someone else as I have been with my stylist for years. I received a root color, highlights and a cut (suggested by Jessica) I couldn't be happier!! Besides the fact that my hair looks amazing, Jessica was a lot of fun to spend time with and my appointment was around two hours. The salon is clean and everyone was lovely. I can't recommend salon savoy more, especially Jess. Thank you SO much for updating my look!!!! I don't look forward to breaking up with my old stylist.

Only see Jessica at Salon Savoy if you want a stylist so full of her own ego that she completely disregards your(the client’s) requests and gives you the cut she wants you to have. Super sneaky about it! I had waist length hair that needed to be trimmed. I often wore it in a braid when I was active to reduce tangles and told her this, made sure to explain the layers had to be long!! She showed about 2 inches in the back that would be cut and snipped it off with my approval. As my hair was angled, I reminded her it could go no shorter. Then she removed my glasses(legally blind without them) and gradually cut and cut and cut my hair, walked in with waist length hair and left with hair above my shoulder. She actually said that she knew it wasn’t what I asked for but in 3 months I would thank her, seriously?!?! She knowingly lopped off my hair and AFTER said it HAD to go. Why not say it before? I would have gone somewhere else. Still reeling at the gall to completely disregard my wishes to give me the haircut that she decided for me, I’d like to be happy now…not in 3 months. No telling when I can braid it again. With my thick loose hair, My kids will have hair in their food unless I wear a hair net! So gross.

Concey is amazing! I found this place over a year ago. I was scheduled with one stylist who then was not available. They asked if I would be ok with someone else and since I hadn’t been there before I said sure! That was the best thing that could have happened!! Concy is experienced and always knows just what will look the best. She is so kind and warm and easy to talk to, I will not see anyone else! So lucky to have found Salon Savoy and Concy!

Concy is a well rounded stylist. She is especially well versed on working with very curly hair, color, cut and keratin treatment. I am very happy with her consistent results. She has done her research and has found a keratin treatment that works the best with my curls. My hair is healthy, shiny and manageable. I now can wear my hair naturally without a lot of added product. It’s sometimes hard to find a stylist that understands mixed hair. Concy listens and works with you to ensure you get the results you’re looking for.

I have been getting my haircut here for about 2 years, excellent service, staff is always great! I use Jessica for my haircut every time because she is always very nice, very professional and cuts my hair the same way every time perfectly the way I like! I love Salon Savoy! I found this place a year ago after letting my hair grow out from one of the worst haircuts of my life. Pam completely transformed my hair and was able to bring my curls back. She does a fantastic job every time and truly knows how to cut and style curly hair. I cannot recommend Pam or Salon Savoy enough!

My husband and I went here to see Pam Snow. Since Randy’s closed my husband has been all over town trying to find a new place and most all of them do quick jobs of it. Pam has a whole line of services catering to the gentleman’s grooming needs and she does a fabulous job!! He has been twice to see her and doesn’t intend on going anywhere else at this point. In fact I am fairly certain if Randy’s reopened my husband would continue to go see Pam!
