They don’t even deserve one star. I went in on January 4th for a perm with Mary. When I got home and as my hair dried my hair started to go straight. I reached out to the salon via Facebook. I was told it could be how heavy my hair is and that’s why. I gave it a few days and finally washed it used plenty of product, diffusing, and even used TikTok to attempt to bring the curl back into my hair. That failed. I have some wavy pieces and then I have straight as a board pieces. Contacted the salon again was told my stylist would reach out. Mary did reach out and offer appointments, however I stated I would prefer her to look at my hair before reserving due to the possibility of frying my hair. She told me I could stop by I reached out to see if I could stop by on a day that she stated she had an available appointment and received no response. Waited a few more days I reached back out again no response. I messaged the salon again on January 17th and I received no response and I was blocked when I tried to message back. I do not understand how childish a salon owner and a stylist have to be to block someone over reaching out about correcting my hair. I paid over $300 for this service and I didn’t receive it. I cannot help how heavy my hair is and the stylist who went to school for this should of known what to do. It is evident they do not care about clients or the work the provide to their clients. I was cheated out of over $300 dollars and not only does my hair look like a complete frizz ball but the “trim” she provided looks like stair cases. She completely butchered my hair. I hope this review saves someone else’s hair and their money. Simple communication and standing behind the services you provide is something the salon owner and they stylist lack or don’t care about.

I love Ashley she is so caring and really pays mind to what you want. I've been thru lots of hair stylist and by far she is truly the best always has a smile on her face.

My wife went to get her hair lighter. $230 later her hair has a red tint. She was blonde when she went in. Over priced and under delivered. Also 30 min late on appointment time.

My mother and I were looking for a new place to get a haircut and we noticed Salon Platinum in the Martin's shopping center. I was able to easily book an appointment online for the day and time that we wanted. My mother is not very mobile and this location was very easy for her to get in and out of. Our stylist was Lisa and she was very warm and welcoming. My mother and I both have short thin hair and Lisa gave us some awesome haircuts. This is probably the best haircut I have received in many years. It was not expensive and we will definitely be going back to Lisa for our next cuts.

They definitely miss charged me, I was charged for a color correction which normally takes a lot of work because if banding in the hair and you need several bleaching sessions, she never bleached my hair as I came in with pre lightened hair I had done myself and gotten to a really nice even blonde I just wanted it toned down to a more natural blonde with some low lights. So she toned me or put color on or whatever but never bleached me. I never complained because it was my first time at a salon and I just didn’t think my dissatisfaction would matter anyway so I said thank you, paid the $250 and left. I should’ve been charged for an all over color or a tone but definitely not a color correction! I will never go her again that’s for sure. Ashley Irvine did my hair

Ashley is a color expert and really listens to what her customer wants done!! She is very knowledgeable about cuts, color, and products! Ashley is polite and professional, a gem in today's fast-paced, self-absorded society. I have been 100% satisfied with my hair, since turning to Salon Platinum for my hair care needs!

If you need any colorist...Ashley is your go to here...I have always been very pleased with her work. She even did my hair for my wedding and it was so beautiful I started crying...honestly...book with her...she's fabulous!

Mary is amazing, she did a color correction on my hair and did such a great job!! She didn’t stop until all the brass was taken out and completely toned!! Thank you Mary I won’t be trusting anyone else with my hair!

My hair is difficult to get right. It's thick and grows unevenly. Kristen has always managed to cut and color it wonderfully! It always looks natural and as close to my own color as it can! All the stylists there are great! Best place in the valley!

This place is such a wonderful place to get your hair done, lashes or wax your eyebrows! Kristin is my go to girl! Michelle is the sweetest and the other girls are just as amazing! You will not be disappointed. 💜
