Met CHRISTINA WATSON (Loft 23) for the first time and this was literal THERAPY for me. I'm a curly-haired man in my early 30s who's just recently started experiencing the horrors of male pattern hair loss and losing the long, thick curls in the front has been so painful. I've been terrified of getting a cut and the result was a head of hair that desperately needed a one. As SOON as I walked into the salon, Chris was there to greet me incredibly warmly and I felt immediately at ease. I told her my story and concerns and hopes and everything and she gave me tons of great advice and kind words and just really made me feel like things were going to be OK, which I really needed to hear. I cannot stress how above and beyond she went - I've never had a hair stylist that felt like she cared so very much, I really appreciated it. The cut felt great, she has experience working with curly hair, and I could tell. My scalp and hair felt SO good, the entire experience was therapeutic both emotionally and physically. She understood the importance of how to shape the hair to fit the shape of the head and the result was a cut that made me feel SO much lighter without losing the volume that I'm trying to hold onto. I feel like I look younger too!!! Which was a very nice surprise, haha. Also, she even gave me a bottle of styling product for free!!! Such kindness and generosity. She is such a sweetheart and the kindest person, legitimately the best haircut experience I've ever had. I'm looking forward to continuing my hair journey and figuring out exactly how I want my hair to look until I find something I'm perfectly happy with; I trust Chris to help me get to that point, and I have confidence she can help you do the same. :)

Avoid stylist Courtney Grudis. Extremely unprofessional, rude and charges an astronomical amount. Had been going to her for a while, last appointment had highlights and cut. Was charged OVER $600 and found pieces of fried hair and missing hair! Wasn’t gonna make a big deal just wasn’t gonna go back. Had talked about it with a couple friends who go to her as well and I guess they must of said something because she sent me this scathing text message pictured at 10pm at night. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and the fact that there was no etiquette at all to even know or rectify the issue. So unless you wanna spend an arm and leg for fried hair and deal with passive aggressive childish behavior i recommend you DONT GO.

Thank you Amanda (loft 10)!!! Finally I found a stylist who can cut a pixie! Amanda is not only well trained and loves her profession but she tells you what will or won’t work depending on the structure of your hair. She listens and explains her recommendations. She sees the whole picture (your personality, the shape of your face and how your hair falls naturally which is so important for a classy but sassy pixie cut) She is down to earth and has a lovely personality - I will be her client for a long time!

I went here for a massage. The lady was amazing. However the "loft" was crazy. I walked in and out was enormously bigger than it looks from the outside. It was very confusing where to go once I got inside. I asked a couple ladies, and they didn't know.

I’ve lived here 3 years now and came home crying from many salons. I saw Chrissy Johanna for the first time today. I’m a blonde and I’m picky with my hair. She did an amazing job and exactly what I asked for. She genuinely cares about her clients and does everything she can to make sure you walk out of her salon feeling great! Chrissy is such a nice person and her work is amazing . Thank you Chrissy, I love my hair!!!

I had an amazing haircut done by CHRISTINA WATSON yesterday who also colored my hair. This was the very first time in my 65 years that I had a hairstylist analyzed my hair before cutting it. My hair is very thick but thinning. She cut it in a way that added volume to my hair but layered so beautifully so that I do not feel the weight of the thickness of my hair . It feels so light but it seems to have volume all around hiding some of the "bald " spots. Chris is absolutely a master at cutting hair! The bonus is, she has a beautiful personality as well- so friendly and warm. It was the best hair cut experience I have ever had! AAAA+++
