Asked for highlight and Bethany did color and didnt leave lightner in hair long enough to lift to platinum blonde ... I asked for and clearly showed her. My hair was orange. She solved it by putting a toner that will fade. She felt compelled to still charge me $195 after 4 hours. Lolol Do not use her... She is unprofessional and called me precious because i was obviously not happy. Called left msg on voicemail to see if owner, Holly, could simply put some foils in the front where it's orange. It's day three... No return call. Also while there another lady came in and was frustrated because she asked for brown to plum ombre and got Barney hair which is a shade of plum but definitely not an ombre. She was also still charged $195 for clearly what she didn't ask for and hours in a chair.

Sarah Smith is AMAZING and a curly hair expert. I came in with lifeless hair and she gave me an amazing body wave perm. She’s a Deva Curl expert and took the time to teach me how to style my new curls. Can’t recommend her enough, go see her ASAP!!

I went to rhis place a couple of weeks ago to get a hair cut and do a hair treatment GK. The lady was very nice he hair cut was great i was happy with it although it was short but my hair needed it. It was $55 for a haircut i thought it was $35. Anyway the worse part was the hair treatment its not wortha dollar. I have been doing this for years i have done it about 5 times before but NEVER did my hair look this bad after washing. Its like i didnt do anything and this is after the first wash. It was VERY disappointing I dont know if it was the prudect used or what. I dont get how a hair treatment make your hair worse. I payed $200 not worth a dollar. I am looking for somehwere else to fix it.

The stylist I used is no longer there. I went because I went years ago but it has changed due to new owners. I am disabled and the as t flight attendants t of stairs to get up to them and s not worth it for me aft et a long drive to get there The place was EMPTY not sure how the keep th heir doors open Nice place.. but not a good one for me

After searching for a long time for a new salon to get my Keratin Treatment, I stumbled upon Salon Jack. The space is modern, clean and in a good location. Jessica gave me a great cut (very stylish) and did my Keratin Treatment. I was surprised at the efficiency of the treatment. Previously it had taken my more than 4 hours to get my hair straightened and Jessica had me in and out with a cut in around 2.5. There were no shortcuts made and my Keratin turned out to be the best I've ever had. It's almost been a year (probably time to get it redone) and I can still notice the effects. I recommend Jessica because not only did she do a great job, she was very knowledgeable.

I was born and raised in South Tampa and I've been to a lot of salons in the Tampa Bay area. Salon Jack is by far the best in Tampa Bay! Tashi and Teshawna are definitely artists when it comes to hair. Can't say enough positive things about these two ladies.

Poor experience. My impression was that "Salon Jack" closed, and that new group just moved into the space and started calling itself by the same name. I had made an appointment, the stylist called and canceled it. I made an appointment for a new appointment, with a different stylist. There was one person only working in a salon designed for many, many more, and she was also the receptionist and hair-washer. None of that would matter, however, if I had gotten a good haircut, which I most certainly did not, despite giving some very simple and clear direction as to what I wanted. Go somewhere else.

This place is Awesomeness in a jar. Jessica is a phenomenal hair colorist and they offer global Keratin Treatments here. While waiting I saw someone get really nice natural highlights and another person got a cool razored haircut. All the staff was pleasant and they use great products. I highly recommend this salon. 👍

I use Paul at this salon for all of my services. He was at a salon closer to my house but I gladly drive the 45 minutes because I trust him with my hair. He colors my hair with products that keep my hair healthy and gives the BEST shampoo I've ever had. He listens to me and does exactly what I want to my hair. He offers his professional opinion but never pressures me to do anything I am not comfortable with. I am so happy to have found someone whom I trust 100% with my hair. I would highly recommend him for color and cuts.

Jessica has to be the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. She is incredibly creative and innovative with a unique flair and style that she passed on to me. When I initially met Jessica she was incredibly thorough at our initial consultation. She took the time to listen to me and my frustrations with my hard to handle hair. Not only did she style my hair correctly for my face shape but she also suggested products that greatly improve the texture and feel of my hair. I would not be able to style my hair at home had she not taken the time to teach me how to do that with the products and the right amount to use. This is crucial when deciding on who you should choose for a hairstylist. We all know we can go home looking great from the salon but the next day and the days after that follow are the most important. Thank you Jessica you are the best!!

The salon was amazing. I love my new haircut and all the stylists there were nice and welcoming. The salon is very modern and has a cozy feeling. I am thinking about going back to get highlights.

If your looking for a perfectionist and trendy stylist Ember is your go to! She is the best at detailing and listening. She did exactly what I wanted. My hair was dull and dry, she made my hair come back to life it's soft and silky. I highly recommend Ember!

Prior to meeting Ember, I had been a customer who would settle for whoever was working when I walked in. That was 18 months ago; since then, Ember has been the only one I trust to cut my hair. I was impressed with her wide range of knowledge in styles and hair care. She is very welcoming and makes the whole experience very relaxing and I recommend her for anyone looking for a great cut that they'll love.
