If you want an amazing experience, treat yourself to Emily Hoop. I have no idea how she transformed my hair so effortlessly other than she really is a magician. What I loved about my experience: she was right on time, great personality, walked out of the salon in 2 hours, the best neck massage after rinsing out my color, and then the results. She nailed it. I would say best hair experience I’ve ever had. A lot of people say they know blondes, but she really does. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

Angie Wells is an amazing colorist and stylist! The best I have ever worked with. I initially went to her to correct a color catastrophe. Former stylist accidentally colored my blond hair red and couldn’t fix it. Angie stepped in and restored my color beautifully and I’ve been with her ever since. I highly recommend her!

I'm so in love with Salon Icon and Emily Hoop - I have been holding off on coloring my hair since moving to town. But after following Emily on Instagram for a little while I decided to have her cut and color my hair and I have 0 Regrets. Emily took my thick wavy dark brown hair and transformed it into an effortless looking layered blonde balayage. So grateful to have found Emily and Salon Icon. I cannot recommend these gals and this spot enough!

I found Tessa Rubin at Salon Icon Nashville through a friend who was also seeing her for her hair color! Finding a color specialist, especially for blondes, can be tricky. But Tessa is awesome, truly listens to what you want, and takes her time with you. She also does everything herself, there is no assistant taking over halfway through your appointment. I was seeing kayla logoleo for getting hair extensions for my first time, I consulted with her and told her my fears of having them with having fine hair and she insisted that tape ins would be the best option. I started noticing my hair thinning, bald spots and breakage. Would mention it to her and she told me that the loss i was experiencing was normal and i was having an effect from being use to having hair extensions in. I was expecting tightness headaches etc. but would continue to go see her, now my hair is completely ruined, and she wont even give me a refund that she promised me over a month ago. She is super unprofessional and i feel like she was not trained for doing hair extensions properly. She really ruined my hair and took advantage of me because she just wanted my money, she never actually cared about the health of my hair and it is really sad because before i had extensions my hair was beautiful and healthy. I am super disappointed. I spent thousands of dollars on my hair with kayla and would even tip her really good each time, and she wont even follow through with giving me a refund promised so i can at-least get my hair fixed, instead she just blocked me

I went to Salon Icon after a few of my friends recommended Megan to me. My friends' hair always looked amazing so I was expecting good things and I was not disappointed. Megan was the first stylist I have ever been to that listened to what I wanted and then actually explained to me how she was going to achieve my hair goals. I’ve been seeing Kayla for almost two years now since moving to Nashville. She truly listens to what you are looking for and walks you through each step of the process. Kayla also explains what products she is using and what is going to work best for your hair type. I’ve struggled with stylist in the past being a brunette and wanting a dimensional look and it turns out stripey, and then I’m being pushed into buying products that don’t work for my hair type. Kayla will never push you into products you don’t need, and if you are not happy with how something looks, she will make room in her schedule to get you back in right away and make things right.
