I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kim, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Kim made me feel incredibly welcomed, even though it was my first time at the salon. Kim is amazing at what she does. She took the time to listen to my ideas and offered great recommendations that perfectly suited my lifestyle. Her knowledge of various techniques is impressive, and she explained everything clearly, making me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. The results were wonderful! My hair looked fabulous, and the style was easy to maintain. Kim’s friendly and professional demeanor made the whole visit enjoyable. Brandon did a color correct and keratin to ease the frizz of my curly hair. He was excellent. Very professional, kind, easy to talk to. He is my new hair stylist for sure.

Had such an amazing experience with Kristina who did my Brazilian blowout! She made sure to answer all my questions, and gave me step by step instructions on how to care for my hair afterwards. I have very coarse, frizzy hair and a month after the treatment, it has remained smooth and very resistant to humidity! Very pleased :)

i just moved to knoxville & got a haircut with christina! i love the each service comes with a wash. she really took her time with my cut while maintaining a great conversation. i have a lot of apprehension about new stylists, & she did great with my long cut. we scheduled for another 6 weeks out to maintain my length & face framing layers. i also bought the shampoo/conditioner she used on me. when i got home, my bf said my haircut is the best he's ever seen it (it's been every length while we've been together). loved your job, christina!

This upscale salon is just what you need. I walked in on the 22nd to check them out, they had no availabilities but made sure to get me in the next day. Customer service was amazing. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Miss Megan was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She took the best care of my hair and gave the best head massage during the shampoo. I feel like she went the extra mile by curling my hair and making it look even more amazing. If you’re looking for a haircut, coloring etc. stop by Salon Haven and give them a try. Ask for Megan Prentiss she will take very good care of you and your hair.

We absolutely love it here! Our stylist Cami is exceptional in all ways. And from what I can see all the stylists are talented. What makes it even better is the customer service. Everyone is attentive checking to make sure everyone that’s come in has been helped. Then offering something to drink. I am very impressed with the positive attitudes and customer service here. Great job everyone!

Brandon Thomas knows how to cut hair! I've gotten multiple compliments from people on my hair cut & I'll definitely be going back to him someday. The hair cut I got was a fade & it was extremely well done, you can tell he does his best & has a passion for his work. He's a very nice guy.

I am a mom to a 9 month old and never could find time to do my hair. I knew it was last minute but they got me in later in the same day. Megan Prentiss did wonders to my hair! I have NEVER had a better experience. She is so sweet and took the time to take care of me and my thick hair. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Megan for giving me my confidence back!
