This place is ridiculous and overpriced, first it took them 2 days to get back to me with an appointment, then they wanted to know how long my hair was and they asked for a picture of my hair, (from there I knew it was going to be a waste of time but I continued to play along to see how far they will go.) A women's haircut in the area includes washing , cutting and styling. This place told me if I wanted to get the full service (that everyone else offers), the cost will start at $120.00 ridiculous! . The next day I got a very nice and professional haircut at another salon in the area. (Washed and styling for $ 55.00 . ( Very Fair price ) . This place only opens 3 or 4 days a week but they want to charge customers and make up for the days they are closed. Be careful.

Sending a huge thank you so much for getting my daughters and I connected with Porsche! Things went well and all three of us looked AMAZING after seeing her. Take it from me, one of the things my daughters HATE the most is getting their hair done- so for them to give praises is a testament to success!!! I called and made a last minute appointment when driving by. I'd never been to this salon before. They were very accommodating and did an awesome job on my pixie haircut and style. My stylist Porsha/Portia was extremely friendly and understood exactly how I wanted my hair done. Salon H2O has a new client now! I'm excited about my next appointment (color)!

I love this salon! Every stylist is professional and they really care about your hair and your beauty needs. I always feel relaxed and beautiful when I leave out of the doors of Salon H2O and I am thankful for each experience. I highly recommend Salon H2O if you want healthy hair and a place where you get your other beauty needs met.

Today was my first time going to Salon H2O and it was a GREAT experience. The owner Chundra did my hair and absolutely love it. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I loved it so much I scheduled my 2nd appointment before I left. Once I got home I called back to schedule a 3rd appointment to get my hair done for a conference I will be attending soon. Overall great experience.

I highly recommend Salon H20. The owner, Chundra, has been taking care of and styling my hair for over 20 years. She believes in healthy hair and will make sure you look your best when you walk out of the door. I also get my facials done here as well. Quinn keeps my skin looking refreshed and blemish free.

My experience at Salon H20 was great. Porsche, took good care of me and the staff was also welcoming. The entire time I was unsure about trying something new. Porsche, made sure I felt beautiful. Salon H2O is by far my favorite hair salon. I’ve been going here for years and the service is amazing! They offer more than the typical hair salon. In addition to hair services they offer permanent makeup services, lash extensions and facials. I can’t imagine going any other place.

The owner and master stylist, Chundra Waters, has being doing my hair for 23 years. The salon and staff is my second home/family because they are professional, friendly, take pride in their work and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Chundra always ensures that I leave looking and feeling better than I did when I walked in and she’s attentive to every piece of hair on my head whether it’s a cut, color, shampoo, etc...she’s a perfectionist! Continuing education in the hair industry is important to her, hence the many hair styles I’ve had over the years! Not only Chundra, but all stylists in Salon H2O aim to please their clients which is why I’ve remained a loyal customer for so many years.

This was my first time at the salon and I had an amazing experience. This place is a true gem. I'm not from Charlotte so I'm just learning my way around the city. I'm very sensitive about my hair so I asked one of my Lyft drivers if she knew any good natural hair salons, and luckily she recommended Salon H2O. Porsche was my stylist and she was very gentle and sweet. I didn't catch the other stylist's name, but she was also very warm and professional. Porsche asked about my hair goals, made some suggestions, and gave me a beautiful haircut. My only regret is that I didn't come here sooner! I'm beyond happy with my haircut. Once again thank you for taking care of me Porsche!
