Danielle is the absolute best! I don’t say this lightly, but she has made me love getting my hair cut again. She’s the first stylist I’ve ever met that listens to what I want, makes sure she understands, and makes sure I love what I have before I leave. Once I wanted a pretty drastic change, and she was so careful about it to make sure I loved what she was going, and even held back on part of the cut until I was like okay yeah let’s just do it. The salon is always clean and calm, and I just enjoy the whole experience.

I saw Danielle for the first time last week for a full set of highlights after recently moving to the area, and she did an amazing job! I probably sounded crazy talking about all of my previous negative hair experiences, but Danielle listened to all my concerns and did a fabulous job on my hair - assuring me for all future appointments :) Can't wait to see her for a haircut soon!

danielle is the best! i have thick, mostly gray hair that grows quickly and can overtake my face in short order. danielle did a fantastic job getting it to behave, and gave me the perfect cut based only on what i told her i did and didn't like. she's the best stylist i've had in years!

Absolutely wonderful experience having my hair cut for the first time here. The salon is beautiful and clean inside. The staff was kind and courteous. Danielle was my stylist and absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, personable and just a delight to be the client of. I will absolutely be coming back in to have her style my curly hair. First wonderful curly cut I have had in years!!!!

Salon Gratitude is amazing. The staff makes sure everything is clean and makes everyone feel welcomed. I highly recommend Thad Boland. He's been cutting my hair for quite a while and makes sure it's exactly how I expected everytime. He's especially attentive, courteous and polite with great attention to detail as well as a pleasure to converse with!

This is a fantastic salon! I recently had my second haircut with Thad, and he’s a fantastic stylist. He’s very positive, knowledgeable and he does a great job overall dealing with my extremely thick head of hair. I’m extremely pleased with my cut, and will definitely be back again in the future.

Danielle is an extremely talented stylist! I’ve gone to her twice since moving to New Hope last summer. She takes time to consult about the haircut and delivers on what was discussed. For reference, I have very straight hair. The first time I visited SG, she had the unfortunate task of fixing a very bad haircut I received from another salon. And last night, she gave me the perfect cut! Thank you Danielle!

Since moving to PA it is refreshing to know that there are stylists and colorists who listen to the customer and even make helpful suggestions. Dreya is absolutely wonderful. The rest of the stylists are extremely knowledgeable and talented. You cannot go wrong coming here. It is literally the best kept secret of PA.

Salon Gratitude is by far the best hair salon in the area. I drive 45 minutes to get my hair done every six weeks, if that tells you anything. Each stylist is incredible at what they do and always make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. Can't imagine any place being better!

Underwhelming haircut by a novice stylist whose unpolished habits made me nervous the whole time. add to that an unwelcoming environment that made me feel like I wasn't cool enough to rate.
