On my first visit, the esthetician (Mandy) was very professional and personable. She was clearly trained in her craft and did a very good job making me feel comfortable at that time. She explained everything she was doing and why/how. I had an eyelash lift & tint and I am very satisfied with it. I will be recommending others as well as returning myself. Thank you Mandy!

Had an appointment with Lyndsi on Saturday, my first time at the salon and first haircut in a couple of years. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. Did a wonderful job on my cut, color, mani and pedi. Felt relaxed and comfy the whole time. I love how bouncy and healthy my curls look now!!! Thanks so much Lyndsi!

The salon was beautiful I was happy when my hairdresser of 9 years decided to work at this salon until the owner of the salon asked all of the BLACK stylist to leave. I’m so disappointed in the discrimination my hair stylist is receiving due to the color of our skin I would never recommend this salon to anyone after the discrimination that the salon owner has displayed. It’s 2023 and we are still not welcome or treated as one in this world there is only one race and that is the human race!!! Zero stars I don’t recommend I am very disappointed.

This place used to be awesome. However, it is sad when you walk into a salon and you no longer see people of color working there. I’ve seen these people for years and to know that they were all let go is heartbreaking. You would think that after all the years we would have gotten past this, but unfortunately, this is not so. I would not recommend a Stylist of color to work there, or anyone of color to go to this establishment to get a service because it is no longer diversified which is unfair to all.

absolutely disgusting. The fact that you can walk in and let all of your African-American stylist go and say you’re taking your shop Another direction is a palling it’s 2023. The only direction it needs to go is towards diversity. Those stylist have been working with you for a few years and have been nothing but kind, they have brought in nothing but money for the salon owner, and then to find out because the color of their skin Their money is not good enough. If I could give this salon zero stars I would. If I can get the other stylist zero stars I would. oh, and let’s not forget to mention the parking is horrible. The traffic is horrible. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Being a client for over 20 years, I have to say that you will always get negative reviews from negative people. Not everybody has the same opinion. I will say that this is one of the most beautiful, clean, approachable and professional salons I have ever endured in my 50+ years of getting my hair done. Move on negative people, you have nothing else better to do😎 five-star experience always!

I am appalled to hear about the conduct of this establishment. I have frequented this place once my stylist moved to work in this location, and enjoyed being serviced here whenever I visited from Chicago. I have lived in Reynoldsburg since young and have watched it transform over the years, but even with these aesthetic changes, some things just don’t change. All of the stylists of color were let go. And it is upsetting and insults people’s intelligence to suggest that the recent reviews are just “negative people” and sweep away valid grievances. This is blatant racism, as all of these stylists had just one thing in common. I challenge you to present a valid reason. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a haircut with Jennifer James. It looks good but she flat ironed my hair while it was still damp! I didn't demand her to stop, I'm a non confrontational person. But I nearly passed out as I was hearing my hair sizzle. Didn't even put on heat protectant!

I started going to this salon a few years ago when my stylist Dutchess moved there. Initially it was pleasant and the owner Goshia seemed to be nice and welcoming. My stylist moved out of state but I stayed and began going to Crystal . Both ladies are #1 rated in their professionalism and style technique. I would highly recommend them. However, I would NOT recommend this salon as a few weeks ago the owner asked all of the African American stylist to leave without just cause. This smells of racism and this kind of treatment will not be tolerated. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by this racist act. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Called in when they opened this morning to see if there was any walk in appointment available and was told 2pm with Lamarsha. Got there at 1:50 and was told she had stepped out but would be right back. 2:22 rolls around and the other lady working had to call her because she didn’t know where she was… she handed me her phone and Lamarsha had told me she left because she wasn’t feeling well and asked if I wanted to reschedule.. extremely unprofessional. I used to come here for years and will never come back.

Crystal is awesome!! She's a very experienced hair stylist and loves what's she does. I've went to her for over 15 years. LI moved 3 states away and I still book my appointment with her when I visit Ohio. If you want the best it's her.

It was my first time ever going to this place. I treated myself to a haircut and a massage. Toni was my massage therapist and Jenifer cut my hair. Toni, an Ohio native gal with a southern drawl but straight up Italian) REALLY has a magic touch! Jenifer gave me an amazing professional cut with angling around the face and even styled it! Gorgeous pick me up! Thank you, ladies!

Salon G offers stylists space with a signed contract between the stylists and the managing company or corporation. I found my stylist 1) by reading reviews of the stylists who maintain space in Salon G; 2) by filtering my search by distance from my home to the point of interest. Update Salon G, less than 4 miles from my home! I called Lindsay, a stylist who had consistently excellent reviews that addressed not only how well she cut and styled hair, but how well she treated her customers. The reviews were right on: I left a message on her voicemail at 7am (not long after salons were reopened during the pandemic, according to strict guidelines) telling her that I was desperate for a hair cut and that I was calling HER after reading so many excellent reviews about her services! True to the reviews account, I received a callback from Lindsay just before she opened her space at 9am. She detailed how she was working to make her environment at the salon a Covid "Safe Space", and that she would work me in that afternoon! I was thrilled. My hair hadn't been cut in nearly 3 months, and I am definitely a short hair person! Lindsay DID NOT DISAPPONT IN ANY WAY: SHE WAS FABULOUS! I gave her "free reign", only asking that she "make me look good again!" And she DID. She is creative, pays sharp attention to the shape of your face and is extremely adept at putting that face together with a hair cut that compliments YOU, and is guaranteed to GET you COMPLIMENTS at the same time. Over the past year. Lindsay has slightly altered my cuts to give them a fresh look -- a feeling that I enjoy having! She is also capable with waxing eyebrows, doing manicures, and a host of other services that I would have LOVED to try, but didn't have time for. If you are looking for a GREAT STYLIST in the Blacklick/ Reynoldsburg area (or, if you don't mind driving for quality services, anywhere!), give Lindsay a call. I am an extremely picky customer when it comes to my hair, and try a new stylist with great trepidation. After ONE experience with Lindsay, any fears I had regarding her ability to satisfy this extremely critical side (which applies SOLEY to hair stylusts!), were completely put to rest.
