I came in with blue green hair that I tried to fix it at home, feeling hopeless for my hair, and Teri worked some magic. She was kind, funny, and really cared about fixing my hair to make me beautiful and she did just that. I highly recommend the salon!

I needed my hair done for a wedding in Nashville and Salon FX came through! It was within walking distance of the conrad where we stayed and she was able to blow out and curl my hair under 40 minutes (which is impressive considering my think hair). The style lasted from 2PM through the night, and we had a wonderful conversation as she did my hair. If you need a great experience and hair do in Nashville, come here!

Just saw a guy who works here smoking out front and throw his cigarette butt straight into the street. Gross. I hope that they take more care with people's hair than they do in keeping the local environment clean.

Teri Smith is AMAZING!!! I have always struggled to find a stylist that listens and doesn't cut off too much hair. She listens and makes sure you are comfortable before taking any off. I've been going to her for a couple of years and she knows exactly how to make my hair look awesome. I highly recommend!!

Horrible experience at this salon. The woman who provided services to me was great as far as skill, but several women here made some very racist comments on my last visit. Several young African-American boys came in the salon and apparently, though the boys were friendly and pleasant, the salon employees were afraid they were 'casing the joint' and planned to rob the salon, though there was absolutely no indication of that. After the boys left, the salon employees wanted to lock the doors so the boys didn't return. They also made a plan to tell the boys they couldn't come back unless they had appointments and 'prepaid' for their visits. I find these comments appalling. I will never return to this salon and I will spread the word that the employees are racist and discriminatory.

Specified a stylist in my online appointment but ended up with a random stylist who gave me a minor, mediocre trim and charged me full price. Plus the receptionist tapped my hand with a pen while saying "we would appreciate a gratuity" at the desk. I gave a tip to the stylist because they don't seem like they treat them well on top of everything else. What a low-class, embarrassing establishment.
