I’ll go to Ornella until the day she retires (hopefully never). If you’re looking for someone who is highly skilled and really listens to the customer, I can’t recommend a better salon or hair maestro for you. Super friendly staff, speedy service - not rushed - there is a difference, and consistent high quality results 🙏

We have been coming here to cut and highlight for about 3 to 4 years with Andrea, she is very nice. However, recently we were late about 10 min for our appointment, and her sister, Ornela, very rudely and unprofessionally called us and cancelled our appointment. We were almost there so disregard of her behavior we went there to see Andrea and talk to her, but Ornela did not allow us to see her or talk to her, rather infront of other customers she screamed and asked us to leave! Why? Becasue we were 10 min late. We kept our patience and just aksed her to give the color code she used last time, but instead she again screamed and very aggressively asked us to leave! This is unfortunate but I strongly recommend either avoid here or if you like to go here only talk to Andrea. Her sister is not a polite and nice person. She literally asked us to go and find a new salon after several years that we cut our hairs in their salon, only becasue we were 10 min late.

So happy with Andreas work, went to her for a last minute bridal updo. She DELIVERED. Scheduled a try out - a must if you are working with a pro, they won’t do a bridal without one. She nailed it. She was also high energy and very friendly, perfect hairstylist for a stressed out bride to be. Important to note my do stayed the WHOLE evening and beyond. I looked flawless til I took my hair down. She used great products, understood my hair type, vision and needs. I feel so lucky!

A few months ago my friend and I both got our hair cut by the owner of this salon. She essentially ignored both what we asked for and cut around 7 inches off of my friends hair and dyed it BLUE when she asked for a trim and highlights. This was a really awful experience. My friends hair was so bad that she went back in and they full refunded her (which was nice). But unless you want to be scolded about how you maintain your hair and what products you use and get a haircut/color that you don't want, don't come here. Initially, when my naturally blonde friend expressed dissatisfaction over her hair being dyed a bluish gray color the owner of the salon said "at least now you don't look like a highlighter." This woman clearly did not know what she doing and was extremely rude to the both of us throughout our experience.

Yesterday I went in for a cut and color with Andrea. I always find describing what I want done difficult, but Andrea caught on right away. She used swatches to make sure the colors matched my natural hair and the results are better than I could’ve imagined. She also trimmed my hair and gave me some wonderful advice on how to prevent hair loss, color fade, and dryness. The salon itself was so bright and full of natural light and the music was an 80s playlist that made the whole experience very enjoyable. I will be returning and I will be recommending Andrea to my friends with coloring needs.

I go here for color and cut -- the stylists are *so* Bostonian, and very talented; clearly hip and with it with the latest styles and techniques. Affordable and good work. Listened well and did a great job mirroring the pictures I brought in.
