To start, I'm not one to usually write reviews but I feel as though it is necessary to do so for this business because other brides should be aware. Rachel who is the owner is very easy going and friendly this has nothing to do with her character or her employees. I must say though I was worried after my mock trial for my hair and makeup for my wedding. My makeup was blotchy and did not match my skin tone and my mascara had really bad fallout and I feel as though my drugstore makeup I buy from Walgreens is better than what they used. I did contact Rachel in regards to my concerns and she refunded me for my makeup trial and offered to make it right and do my makeup the day of my wedding. Since my wedding was in 3 days I didn't have much choice. The makeup she did the day of was just okay. There was really nothing to ride home about and both of my bridesmaids agreed but the the MAJOR problem we all had was run off from the slightest bit of tear or moisture. I looked like a mess after my ceremony and to be honest I really wasn't crying that much. You would think a makeup artist that focuses on wedding makeup it would be able to withstand some amount of crying which wasn't the case AT ALL. I'm writing this for other brides to be aware of the quality of makeup she uses. I also want to mention I was airbrushed. And to touch up she would just add another layer by the time she left I had a good 5 layers on my face which made any sort of crying look 10x worse. I'm a little disappointed and probably recommend going to a different place for these service for future brides.

I get my hair done by Kimmy, she's absolutely fantastic, no matter what style or color I throw her way. All the ladies are really nice and friendly. A welcoming environment and great service!
