Julia is a fantastic! I don't typically make good hair decisions so I leave those decisions up to her and she always knows what's best. I get lots of compliments on my highlights. Everyone is always very friendly, and makes sure you're comfortable. Definitely would recommend to others

I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when the staff are nice. But I rely really heavily on reviews when I choose a salon so I think it’s important to share. I went in for a cut and color. My hair cut came out great, but after my color I noticed having far more “baby hairs” than I’d ever had before. At first I thought maybe my hair was just staticky from the blow dry but upon further examination that night I realized all the hair that’s short are the highlights that were added towards the front of my hair line. I’ve gotten highlights many times before and have never had this happen. They are all in the front of my head. When I flatten them they look like choppy short thin bangs. I’m applying product to hopefully lessen their appearance and flatten them down, but it definitely isn’t great. I think it’s because she was massaging my head while the toner was developing. My hair is fine so maybe others won’t have this experience. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back. All I can do now is wait for them to grow out I guess!

I look like a million dollars! Julia was incredibly sweet. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and routine before getting started and stayed right within my comfort zone but was also really clear with what she recommended. I am so excited to find a salon so close to my house with such talented people! I immediately got a compliment on my hair on my next stop to grab coffee. I'm re-booked for January and cannot wait!! Wish I could post a picture.

Lauren just dyed and cut my hair, and I feel like a million bucks. She is an outstanding hairdresser with a particular knack for cutting curly hair, such as mine. When she shampoos a your hair, you could easily fall asleep. All the stylists are professional and offer excellent service for a fair price. I highly recommend this salon to people in the town and beyond. Always easy to park near the salon, too.

Such a wonderful salon! All of the staff is helpful, attentive, and professional. Shanelle has been regularly helping me with my hair, and she has such a great eye and ideas, and is a fantastic stylist. I’ve also seen some of the other hairstylists and they are absolutely great too.

I've been going to Jill at Salon Eleven for about a year, and I could not be happier. I started with wedding hair, and then transitioned to all my usual coloring/cutting. All the staff members are skilled, professional, and friendly. There is great appointment availability.

It's always a bit scary going to a new salon, but my appointment with Victoria was great. She consulted with me and gave me the trim I needed as I grow out some unfortunate angles. Salon was clean and friendly and the prices reasonable. Very happy to have found Salon 11

I’ve been coming to Salon 11 for years now. I enjoy the ambiance, the free WI-FI, and most of all my stylist, Julia. Julia is a rock star!! My daughter comes in for haircuts and styles as well and always a great experience.

I worked with Alana and Jill from Salon Eleven for my wedding and they were amazing. They work quickly and efficiently all while making every girl look incredible! I got married on a particularly windy day and Alana did a great job getting my hair to stay/not fall while also making sure it still looked great. Love this salon, they are super patient in always coordinating an appointment for me with my busy schedule. Love all the stylists so much that both my daughters come here as well. They do an incredible job, the staff is friendly, very personable and super attentive to all our hair needs. I highly recommend Salon Eleven!
