Yeah nah this salon sucks💀I’ve had short hair for a really long time and I grew out my hair for a whole year but once it was semi-long I wanted to cut it just a bit short, and when I showed a reference photo to the stylist, Ariel, this lady just straight up ruined my entire hair. Not only did she cut the back of my hair short and left the front of it to be long (which I literally didn’t ask for😂) she also made it extremely choppy and messy. I even told her before that I didn’t really want my hair to be the exact length as the reference photo, I said I wanted it just a BIT short and she couldn’t even do that. Oh and I forgot to mention, but she was literally on a phone call WHILE cutting my hair. So not only was she messing up my hair, she was also distracted trying to multitask. Very professional of you. Although the people that work there are nice, y’all just don’t LISTEN to what your customers want. You had one job and you did the exact opposite of that. Wouldn’t recommend this place to go and get your hair cut, just find actual professional salons in Los Angeles.

I really wanted to love this place but this is by far the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I came in on Monday morning and had a quick consultation with Ariel who was my stylist, I showed her my hair and how I wanted to lighten it and fix my roots and I showed her a reference photo from their own yelp photos. She gave me a price estimate of $250, maybe more or maybe less depending on how much product used.. and she promised me she could get me to that color and could even get me lighter so I booked an appointment the next day at 10 am. When I got there, Ariel went right to work and bleached my hair for two hours and put a hi lift on the roots. As the color was setting I noticed my hair getting lighter and my roots as well, but my roots turned into a very reddish /orange color and I asked her if it was going to red and she told me she would lighten it to an ash blonde with the toner so I trusted her. In the end, my hair was mixture of different colors, none of which I wanted. My roots are still an orangey red color, she put some dark gray in my hair (no idea what for) toned the rest of my hair into a gray white color... needless to say it looks VERY different from the reference photo. I was so overwhelmed with the result.. I told her I didn’t like the roots and she told me she could put a dark color in for it to look better but dark roots isn’t what I asked for ( I mean, my roots were already dark before I got there and I was paying her to FIX them, not lighten and then make them dark again.. ) another solution she offered was to do highlights but I would have to wait a week.. and also pay an extra $70+ to do that.. so I left the salon feeling unsatisfied with the work done. I went home and that’s when I noticed the dark ash grey and general unevenness in the color. I texted Ariel and told her about how unhappy I was with the service color and would like it corrected but she never reached me back. So that just goes to show everybody how much they really don’t care about their customer service here. and finally, I paid $265 for this mess. I figured the extra $15 was for extra product used, in my receipt it says “cut/highlights/retouch” I never got a haircut here.. so either she made a mistake or charged me extra.

Irene does an exceptional job on my hair. I have long hair with highlights and lowlights. She knows how to keep hair healthy looking and not cut off too much.

The best salon in Riverside. The owner Ariel is the sexiest stylist in town. Her skills and beauty fits to your desired stylist. You will love her but please be happy always . She is a great and have a beautiful salon. Hope stylist who are renting has same attitude towards the clients.

Standing here in front of their sign that says open Mon-Fri 10am. It's way past 10am and I guess they don't want my service. Going to the mall for my hair color, cut, and style.

My first time with Beth. Loved it! I went in for a price and gave me a same day appointment. I just went in for a cut & style. She took her time and was very knowledgeable. She gave recommendations of color but wasn't pushy. Will definitely be back
