Not very impressed with this salon, booked an appointment, been waiting for weeks to get my hair done, salon cancelled my appointment with no notice, no message or voice message was left on my phone letting me know about the cancelation… arrived the day and time of my appointment, just to find out appointment was cancelled and no one cared to let me know or to try to provide any type of service as an apology to try to make it up for their mistake… again not very impressed ☹️ (Btw no one ever answer when you call)

I went here to book an appointment because no one answers the phone when you call, nor do they return your call when you leave a message. I was greeted when I came in but then nothing. No "I'll be with you in a moment" just went straight back to what they were doing. I was going to book my first appointment with them, but after these experiences I think I will go elsewhere which is too bad because they're right around the corner from my house and other reviews seem great.

I always leave Salon Defined with a flawless cut. Theresa is amazing. She understands my hair and cuts according to my hair type. Beautiful atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating service.

Staff is so kind and accommodating. We feel so comfortable here. I’ve been bringing my boys here since they were 9 months old (it’s been 6 years now)! Brandon is their favourite bc he’s so gentle and makes them feel & look like a million bucks. My boys have had really terrible experiences elsewhere with those electric trimmers, but somehow Brandon does the closest cool boy hair cuts absolutely flawlessly and with no tears or fears :)

I was very nervous going in because I haven't had the greatest experiences with hairdressers in the past but now I won't have to worry about that anymore! Brandon did an AMAZING job on my boring black hair to a beautiful red! I recommend 100%!
