I wish I never went here. I’ve cried over what they’ve done to my hair. I went in wanting highlights asking if they could do what I showed them. They said yes. I asked the girl do I need to show her the picture again before we began she said no. They start drying and it was a hideous orange I wanted a burgundy red. The girl who cut my hair Sabrina was the nicest that tried to help right away and cheer me up they ended up doing three treatments. Basically dying my whole head red. You don’t see highlights I’ve never dyed my hair before only night lights ten years ago. The final color of my head is close to the highlight color I wanted. How come they couldn’t make this color to begin with. I know it’s just hair but every time I look at myself in the mirror it’s a reminder of my originally hair color gone which I liked and them messing up. Their a one a done people were nice but I can’t go back and be reminded of this Mess up can’t trust. Added my hair color before and what it is now

Wow! NELO did my hair for my a birthday party. She is incredibly talented. I have never had my hair styled the way she did it. She's is AMAZING! TALENTED! She's a hair artist! She did my daughter's hair as well...ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! Thank you!

Color and cut with Niloo is a spa+ experience. She is so attentive and professional! And the quality of her work is superb! She knows color a d customizes the look to each client - this is no cookie cutter experience! She’s terrific and I’m so glad I found her!

I am hesitant to even make this review as I live around the corner and know that bad reviews can really hurt a business, but this was just a bad experience. Called up for a relatively last minute appointment for a haircut. Hadn’t been to the hairdresser in about 2 1/2 years. My hair was down to my butt. I said on the phone that I am picky and that I usually end up regretting my cuts at other salons. Receptionist, who is LOVELY, put me in with the owner, Anthony. I told him numerous times that I really care about preserving the length of my hair more than anything else. Only cut off what’s needed to make it healthy again. Give it a bit of shape, done. I explained that I braid my hair in the summer because I swim, so it still has to do that. I explained that I do not have time to style my hair everyday, it needs to be easy to manage. He says okay, shows me that he will cut off about an inch, I say fine, we move on. Next thing I know, I lost over 3 inches of my hair and while I initially thought the cut wasn’t horrible, it certainly is awful 2 days later after the amazing blowout from Emi (lovely job, should have just gotten my cut from her as well) came out and all the product washed out. The hair cut is choppy af. I cannot wear my hair down, curled or uncurled, I also cannot wear my hair up, because it literally sticks out of the pony tail as well as the braid. I grew my hair for years to get as long as it was, it was my literal pride and joy. One of the few things I liked about myself, and now I am stuck feeling miserable all because someone who has been in business for 40 years (this information is from a review further down that I am encouraging you to look at) thought he knew better what I wanted than I did myself. He gave me a horrid 90s cut and then said next time I come back we should talk about cutting a “lob” since it would look good on me - how out of touch when your client told you 2 hours ago that all they care is to keep their hair long. Sometimes being in business for a long time and being resistant to the wants and needs of your customers makes you vulnerable to making bad decisions on their behalf that they end up hating. I will be stuck with this haircut through my graduation, that I have been working toward and looking forward to for a long time. Please do better by other people, because this was not okay! It does not take away from you as a stylist or owner to let someone show you a reference photo or to just do as you are told - you don’t have to walk around the earth for the next 6 months hating your own appearance through no fault of your own. Again - 2 stars only because the receptionist and the lovely ladies who washed and blew out my hair deserve better than to be lumped in with the bad haircut I got from the owner.

Very clean salon, professional stylist and service. Michelle was very friendly and listened to my request and made sure I was happy with everything. She gave me a great cut (layers with curtain bangs ) and blow out.

Everyone at the salon was super friendly and helpful. The salon is clean and very welcoming, and Julia did an amazing job on my hair. They even gave me a shower cap before I ran out the door in the rain lol. They really care about your hair

From your first step into this salon to your last step out, it will be a wonderful experience. I was greeted with smiles at the front desk, then taken over for a consultation with Gary. He listened to exactly what I wanted and asked questions to make sure he understood. He then took me over for a wash with Afya who was just the sweetest woman. After my wash, I was back in the chair with Gary for my cut. As he was cutting my hair, he made sure to ask if I was comfortable with everything he was doing. His calm and focused demeanor made me feel so relaxed, for some reason I knew I could trust him with what he’s doing. After some conversation, Gary said he’s been in the business for 40 years and he loves what he does. I could definitely tell he has a passion and at this point I knew I was in good hands. Gary did the most amazing job with my hair, I walked out feeling not only beautiful but so thankful for such an overall pleasant salon experience. I went shopping after leaving the salon and got so many compliments on my hair. One girl even asked me where did I get it done so of course I gave her the information.

Fue mi peor pesadilla!! Busque el mejor salón 5 estrellas, mi cabello era largo brilloso y llegue al peor spa el dueño personalmente fue que me atendió Antony, fue quien me daño mi cabello y con un mes tratamiento pensó que arreglaría el error que iso en quemar mi cabello y daño mi auto estima, ahora tengo mi cabello corto y muy triste y arrepentida de aver llegado a ese salón. solo quiero dejarles saber que no les recomiendo que no les pase lo que a mi me paso en este salón. Mi mayor pesadilla llegar a este salón de porquería. 😡

The best salon in town! The girls at the front desk were all very inviting and warm; the stylists are experts. I went to this salon twice to get both a keratin treatment and a cut/ style a couple days later and both turned out perfect. My stylist, Walter, took his time and constantly asked me questions about how I wanted my hair to look like. He also gave his professional opinion and worked with me to find the best look for my hair. He even went as far as to ask the other stylists at the salon for their opinions on my hair type and texture, resulting in the best outcome. The wonderful staff that work here really care for their clients and that shows through their work ethic and compassion. I’m very pleased with the job done and will be going to DeFranco Salon only from now on.

This is by far my favorite salon EVER, I would go from queens to have FERI transform my hair 😍 she is just amazing, she takes her time, always attentive, and puts all her heart into making everyone that enters the salon feel special and gorgeous. Most of my friends went to her and fell in love with how she restyle their look. I assure you won’t be disappointed you’ll be in awesome warm and professional hands ❤️

Words will not do justice to the EXCEPTIONALLY beautiful job Jen (color) and Ferri (cut) did to my hair. I got SOOOO MANY complements walking down the street, one lady even pulled her car window down to tell me how nice my hair is. My God, (I know it's a bad habit) but I cannot stop touching my hair and looking at it in the mirror. This is my 2nd full head of color I've ever gotten (for the most part it's a very highlighted head). The first time I went somewhere else and my hair was fully burned (from the bleach and straightening iron) so I was a little hesitant at first but boy was I wrong, not a single sign of damage. My hair was nice, soft, long and brown when I went in and it was nice, soft, short and purple when I walked out. I've gotten probably 10 real hair cuts since college and this cut by far is the BEST. Ferri full on explained what she was about to do and explained if I got my bangs any shorter they'd go too far up because of my curly/wavy hair. The customers in the salon kept telling me how nice my hair looked short (since they had all seen my long hair before it was cut). The color tho, I should start by saying I have very dark brunette hair and I know it's a pain to lighten and bleaching does damage hair, I have no idea what magic bleach this was but not only did I look like an old lady after the bleaching was done (before the color) but my hair wasn't all draw like and wanted to fall off. Jen really looked for that one purple color I showed her in pictures and delivered. The color looks AMAZNG! THANK YOU!!!!
