Ms. Trina is absolutely amazing. I havent let anyine else touch my hair or eyebrows or feet and hamds since i met her a litrle iver 20 years ago. She has an amazing sakin and the staff is amazing the salon is clean and the environment is amazing. Salon cosmo is the only place I will go to get my pedicures, nails, lashes, eyebrows, or hair done.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your salon. I spent $80 on my nails, and not only were they done incorrectly, but when I came back to have them fixed, I was charged an additional $30 just for a color change. As a loyal customer who has always tipped generously—sometimes up to $50 or $75—I expected better service and consistency. It’s disheartening to see that even long-time customers are treated this way, especially on an important occasion like my birthday. I understand businesses need to make money, but this feels more like taking advantage than good customer service. Fixing mistakes should be standard practice, not an opportunity to overcharge. This experience has left me so disappointed that I won’t be returning, and I want others to know what they might face when trusting you with their time and money. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make changes to prioritize customer care and consistency.

I have been a client of Trina and her staff for 8-9 years when having my nails and hair done. They also do waxing and other cosmetic services. I always HIGHLY recommend Salon Cosmo to friends and family!

Decided to give this place a try for individual eyelashes. The glue she used smelled like superglue & had my eyes weeping like I cut onions. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. Been trying to take them off all week! Looked at YouTube for all the hints. Oils, warm towels, steam, etc. I have managed to get most of them off. Unfortunately the glue has ripped my real lashes out also! And I still have chunks of glue at the base of the eyelids that I’m trying to get off. I should have stuck with the place I normally go to! I will NEVER go back to them for lashes!

Absolutely amazing staff always so kind and the way they always do my waxing for my eyebrows is ALWAYS SPECTACULAR and the way they do a pedicure is AMAZING. When I first got my hair done it ended up AMAZING. absolutely the best salon I've been to in years!

After 2 weeks 3 nails popped off back to back. Normally if they're put on right I would have made it even in week 3. I called just to see how would this situation be h as handled and of course no compensation 🤦🏾‍♀️$60 down the drain with tip included... Guess I should wait until a second round for tips 🤷🏾‍♀️

I went to salon Cosmos because I am a cancer patient and I lost all my hair. Recently it started to grow back but it was a weird length. I went and she lady who cut my hair was so sweet and she made me feel beautiful again. I will definitely be going back and recommend this place to anyone!

It's a good place, but guys, come on, if you work till 4, don't take the customer,because if I am pay 68$ for my pedicure I want my 20 min massage not few minutes.

Like most, I have been to countless salons, but none so well-staffed, inviting, and comfortable as Salon Cosmo. The technicians are professional, courteous, and friendly, no matter which service is provided, and I have enjoyed their hair and nails expertise. This atmosphere of comfort and pampering is exceptional, and I recommend this salon to all.

My mom went in to cut my sister’s hair and I regularly get my nails done here. She told me that when they sat my sister to get her hair done, she suddenly felt like she couldn’t breathe and these people did nothing but watch my mom choke. She begged for water and they did nothing but look at her and when she went to pay for my sister’s hair(which my sister didn’t like) they asked her “are you sick?” In the most uncaring way. I will never ever go back to this place and will be calling tomorrow to complain.

Prompt appointment time, very little wait. Was our if there in about 45 minutes for hair and nails. Only complaint is she missed a few wisps of hair when she gave me bangs that are a little hard to control

The service and customer service is amazing; the establishment is clean, there's no hurry and the service is good!!!👍😊 El servicio y el servicio al cliente es fenominal; el establisamiento es limpio, no apresuran y trabajan bien!!! 👍😊 So there's an addition happening to the salon and I see new faces! I'm so happy about it!

When I first arrived they weren’t busy, the lady who did my nails was very attentive and did great then groves of ppl started coming in , the put me in a pedicure chair to wait for my toes and totally forgot about me. Then they sent over a very INEXPERIENCED lady to do my toes that I HATED. It was like F-me. Don’t know if I’ll be back. I just moved here and this was my first nail experience and I was disappointed
