I came to Salon Color Bar in Downtown St. Pete to get my hair done for my birthday. I wanted a deep wine color and Renee delivered! She was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a color that is going to POP, they got you! 10/10 would recommend. Will be coming back for every color treatment in the future.

Always a pleasure getting my hair done at Color Salon Bar and the only place I’ll go! The stylists are exceptional, Haley helped with a style that is easy for me to care for, yet stylish, the color products have silk in them leaving my hair silky soft yet manageable. I highly recommend and love Color Salon Bar💕!!!

Bridgett is always amazing not only with my color but with my cut as well, it is hard to find someone that is consistent with cutting curly hair. Bridgett has been nailing it for over a year and I couldn’t be happier. The salon is newly renovated and looks fabulous!

Megan did my hair and did an AHHH-MAZING job! I got a full foil + glaze and it couldn’t have turned out more perfect. She recommended the B3 treatment and I am so glad I went with her judgement because I have noticed my hair feels SO much healthier! I am so relieved to finally find my go to stylist as it has been so hard finding one after moving here and being point in the wrong direction multiple times. Thank you Megan!

Bridget is fantastic! There hasn’t been one challenge I’ve thrown at her that she hasn’t done so beautifully. She’s added highlights, given me bangs, and has even baliaged my hair with hot pink and it looked sooo good. She gives me feedback and has styled my hair to get comfortable over time to where I want to go. She gives an honest opinion too. I always leave looking and feeling better. She’s also hysterical and love the stories we get into together. Uploaded a few pics taken after getting my hair done with her!

Color bar is a great spot to get your color refreshed! The salon is beautiful and in the heart of St. Pete! Sarah did a great job and talked through the whole process and made sure I understood the differences between products! I highly recommend Salon Color Bar!!

I was devastated the day I found out that the stylist I had been going to for years announced that she was moving. It was not an easy task, but I found a replacement. I am so thankful to have discovered Salon Color Bar located in beautiful downtown St Pete. I have received nothing but exceptional service from Alecia. I couldn't be happier with my color and style. This salon is all kinds of awesomeness! Beyond professionalism and kindness, my stylist (Alecia - but they’re all great) takes time every single appt to ask about my hair and listens to everything hair related I want to discuss. I’m a silly freak about proper hair care and not damaging it. Alecia embraces my sensitivity and handles ALL my hair services with the utmost care.

I am typically very nervous to let anyone cut or style my hair but I got a haircut today with Kinleigh and I love it!!! She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with each step! Everyone within the salon was very friendly and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of going to Salon Color Bar on July 12th, 2022. Bridget did my hair and makeup for my wedding! The salon itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. Bridget was kind and professional. She asked me clarifying questions about what I wanted and knew exactly what to do to help me achieve the look I was going for. I left feeling so confident and beautiful for my wedding day and I was so sad when the night was over and I had to take out my hair and wash off my makeup. I highly recommend Salon Color Bar and would go back to them again if I had the opportunity.

I recently got a cut and color from Monica at the downtown location. I've been getting some sort of highlights or balayage for over a decade, and I was looking for somewhere to call my new salon after moving here a little over a year ago. I absolutely loved the experience (great location, easy to book, clean & aesthetically pleasing salon, nice product selection from cool brands that you don't see everywhere - like Balmain), but most importantly - I think Monica gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten in my life. I don't even think I did a great job of describing what I wanted, but she pulled it off perfectly. Its been about 8 weeks since my appointment, and I'm still loving it. I will definitely be returning and do recommend.

Bridget did my makeup for a wedding and pinned to my wild hair… I felt and looked more beautiful than ever! The makeup lasted all night even though I danced until I dropped! Also she was so sweet and funny and the salon has such a gorgeous decor and I loved all the products and jewelry and accessories! 10/10 would recommend!!

I would like to say I enjoy this salon but I find the staff aloof, smug, and bordering on rude. It’s also pretty spendy. Charging higher prices doesn’t magically make your business a luxury service. It is for these reasons I rarely go to this salon and when I do I stick to very simple services. In addition, the parking is impossible at this location!
