I like going to the tent sales during the year and I went to this one that is close to my work. I have never had any issues with going to the Tyler location during the sale. This location doesn't even let paying customers use a restroom. Tyler location never has told me they have no public restrooms. I am disappointed in this location, but I may not come back. I even went to Dandurand and they told me the same thing, as a paying customer. Ridiculous. FYI to customers, make sure you don't need to use the restroom when you go to shop. They will turn you away!

I love salon Brands. I am a Paul Michelle girl and get my products through them. Love there sale. I resently had an issue with on product. My gel was watery. I don’t think it was their fault, I did not even notified them. I wish I would get point when I order online. Great business

Response to owner: No you wouldn't. Ya'll were rude when I emailed about my whole order being delayed an entire week, which ya'll claimed it was due to product change or something weird. And if it was just one time, sure, I would of contacted yall about it. But it was both orders, months apart, and different brands.. which tells me it wasn't a mistake. It was the products. I have ordered hair products from their website twice now.. I am convinced they're selling bunk product. First order, the JOICO BLONDE LIFE conditioner, was like water.. since when is conditioner thinner than shampoo?? Then my second order, I got Paul Mitchell Super Skinny shampoo & conditioner, thinking maybe the first order was a fluke, and they didn't even have a seal on the under the cap. Which was the first red flag.. I just straightened my hair for the first time since using this shampoo & conditioner (since beginning of October) and their product is filled with wax... idk if they switched what was originally in the bottles or what, but its worse than dollar store shampoo & conditioner.. my hair became stiff and i could smell the wax burning as I straighten it... i would NOT recommend buying products from them. Maybe their actual salon is okay, but their products are BUNK! And for reference, I don't put any other products in my hair, which is how I know it was for sure their products.

I really enjoy visiting this store. The service is great! I Vicky is my hair dresser, and I love her she gives exactly what I tell her on my haircuts, color and style. I leave feeling very good! And all the ladies that work the front are very nice and friendly. I will continue going there for service, products, and merchandise! I see Tracey first my manicures and pedis. She is also good I leave there feeling like a new person when these two women are done with me. I am very pleased and satisfied with thier service!

I attended the semi annual cell. Prices were great, however, there could be some improvements. During the sale, the store needs to be set up differently to accommodate the crowds. Everybody was waiting on someone to get out of the way so they could look at the rest of the products. We were all given small fabric bags to carry around to shop with. However, at the end of the sale, they took those back and gave us cheap plastic bags to carry out. I spent nearly $200 and there were a lot more people carrying a lot more out than I did. It would make a better customer service if we were allowed to keep the fabric bag that we were carrying around.

I love this place. The workers and are so incredibly helpful. So polite and ready to help with your needs of hair care questions or issues. Their tent sale once a year is wonderful! Can stock up on some good stuff. Great sales and deals.
