My name is jody, I went in on Saturday to go see Tara asked her for some highlights and some lowlights to fit the yellow lowlights that Jed from The Art of Hair put in my hair. I ended up with highlights that she put an inch away from my scalp bleach blobs all over the back of my hair and all of the lowlights she put underneath the top layer of the bleach highlights. So in the front of my bangs there's green yellow orange and blonde on the sides it's blonde and on the back it has highlights and lowlights and bleach blobs. One of the worst jobs I have ever had done on my hair I am absolutely floored and when I asked her to fix it she told me she would fix the bleach spots that came out of the foils on the back of my head but I would have to pay for everything else

I haven't had my hair dyed in a long time so maybe what I experienced was normal, but I was really really disappointed. I went to salon bleu to go back to my natural color with minimal natural highlights. On the booking website it said it would be $165 for color and cut. Five hours later I am bright blonde and patchy all over with no haircut because she ran out of time. And I get hit with a $290 bill. No available follow-up appointments for 4 weeks. I work a professional job so I had to wear my hair up to hide the horrible dye. The toner washed out and I was left with a hot mess. I no longer trusted her with my hair ( and didn't want to pay another $290) so I ended up going to someone else to finish the job before my wedding. Two stars because I liked her as a person.

I love Salon Bleu, Tiara has been cutting my hair for at least 10 years now. I am always super satisfied and I never leave disappointed! She is very skilled, professional, kind, and gentle! I highly recommend Tiara and Salon Bleu!

Best salon not only in Socal but anywhere as far as I'm concerned. Morgan is absolutely amazing and a true artist. Parking can be challenging but once you enter into the courtyard you instantly feel a sense of relaxation. San Clemente is my favorite place on earth

Just moved to the area and booked an appt with Claire online (love that you can book online!). I’ve had some trouble finding a great stylist in the past for my thick, naturally wavy hair but Claire did a great job. She’s very personable and made me feel comfortable in her chair. I’ll definitely book with her again for my next cut.
