Recently bought a groupon for partial highlights. I won't go back , she worked on me and another lady going back n forth and felt her rushing around ; she didn't give the one on one client time or listen to what I wanted done to my hair. I wanted platinum blonde blending and I got dull grey blending. I feel her working on more than one person at the same time along with rushing shows how she didn't care about attention to details. It's was a disappointment of service. I will not be a returning customer. I don't like giving negative reviews, but Tiffany rushes around and i feel gives less of a service per using the groupon. I now have to go to another salon to fix my color. I wish I left when seeing her going back n forth between customers.

Wow! I really never leave negative reviews. But, Tiffanie is really a sorry excuse for a hairdresser & person. I met her by using her Groupon. The first time she high-lighted my hair it was okay, But her personality left a lot to be desired. I've have worn bangs for 30 years and she was refusing to give me bangs! She allowed people to get two Groupons and I bought two. The second time I made an appointment I was on the phone with her and she complained to me how bad Groupon rips her off. But she still has Groupon ads and my first appointment with her was a year ago. She could care less about anything you have to say and she was emptying garbage cans while she's working on me! Bc I had purchased 2 Groupons for her I had to go back. This time she turned my hair BLUE !!!! Anyone who tells me they've been in business for 17 years but has to use Groupon and get paid a third of what they charge is a red flag. HONESTLY, HER PERSONALITY IS LIKE A CAN OF SARDINES SHE JUST SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS. Between turning my hair blue, emptying garbage cans while she's working on me, trying to give me a cut that suits her, but not me and not making my experience very uncomfortable bc of her personality & skills I'd say... Yes, stay away!!!!!😬

Had a lash lift today with Alyssa. It was my first time having any eye thing done so i was nervous but she explained the whole process as she went. She even warned me about the smell for the first product she had to use. She said most people go to sleep but we ended up talking most of the time. I agreed to before and after pics of my service.. her instagram is illusionbrowsbyalyssa to see her work.

I’ve been going to Tiffanie for about 15 years and she does a beautiful job, whether it is coloring or haircuts! Very professional and I get a lot of compliments. She was especially compassionate when I was going through chemo and needed to go very short before I lost it all. Would recommend!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience here. Scheduling was easy but when I arrived on time for my appointment I wasn’t greeted by anyone. I waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes before calling out to someone and they said they’d be with me soon. I first sat down in the chair 50 minutes after my appointment time. That should have been my first sign to just leave. I asked for a singular fill on my blond highlight which is about 1 inch wide. That came out as an light brown not blond and was never checked by the stylist. Se I fly i has asked her to trim my bangs. For some reason she cut the bottom layer 1 inch higher than the top. I had to recut them when I got home. Thirdly she gave me a ‘blow out’ which was horrendous and rushed. I met up with a friend after and asked her what she thought to see if it was really as bad as I felt. My friend said she thought that I had taken a shower and just let my hair dry naturally. And lastly, and this is honestly the smallest part, the stylus was weirdly bragging about her children in the whole time, from a very insecure place. She felt the need to tell me her political views on a few items, and well I could stomach that if the service had been good, that, combined with the worst service would make me never want to return here.

Wonderful service, styling and experience!! I was in town for a wedding and my original hair appointment fell through day of, thankfully Becky was able to take me as a walk in. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I loved my hair style and the entire experience.

I recently decided I wanted to get lash extensions and my brows tinted. I went to Laura burgess and was super impressed with how everything turned out. She is so friendly and does everything she can to make you feel welcomed. My lashes turned out beautiful and I have continued to go back to get them done. This is the only place I will let touch my eyebrows and she does a beautiful job on those as well. I am so impressed and happy leaving there every time. Good prices, good people, and a good turn out

The woman who cut my hair was not professional AT ALL. When I got to my appointment she quickly said I don't have time to style your hair, like lady did I tell you I want it styled. I tried to show her a video of what I had wanted, this woman goes I know how to do it, I don't need to watch a video. Not every layered haircut is the same! If you paid a little attention to what I was saying and showing maybe I would have gotten a better result. Also answering your personal calls while cutting my hair doesn't show much professionalism. Going back and forth between two clients isn’t doing either clients any good. Also watching a video of how to do a haircut isn’t belittling, you can at least show that you care about the client. Maybe if you slowed down a little you could do your job right.

Clean and inviting hair salon. Stylist listened to what I wanted and took the time to check out my hair to see how it grows to cut accordingly. Cute little sitting area outside in the front that states is open to everyone. I easily parked on Main Street in a Saturday afternoon. Did not see the spa part as it was on a different floor. Seemed to have good amount of business and the folks I saw come and go looked great. Loved my own cut, too!

Stephanie cut my hair and it is the worst hair cut that I ever had My hair was cut so short, that almost three months later, it us still not conducive to any kind of style I was never consulted if I blow dry my hair, which I do not The hair cut was a 1950’ s bouffant style When I entered the salon and asked for water, I was told that water is for spa clients I need not have been concerned, I was given a paper cup with water

I accidentally called this salon while trying to get in touch with another and the owner was so rude and self riotous to me I can’t image how she treats her actual customers. She certainly lost a potential customer and I can’t image how many other customers she has lost due to her bad manners.

Tiffany always makes sure everyone has the best experience. The staff is experienced and top notch professional. I travel 30 minutes each way for my family to use the salon . Everyone should try it out
