I travel thirty miles to have Melissa cut and color my hair! She does a fabulous job! While my hair is processing, Marianna does a relaxing pedicure. There is always someone available to complete my look by trimming my eyebrows! I love my visits to Salon 345.

As always Nikki did an amazing job on my hair! She threw in a couple highlights to help with the winter blues. Jaime of course made my eyebrows look beautiful! Everything I've ever had done at Salon 345 is done with perfection! See you ladies in 6 weeks!

I can't say enough nice things about this salon. I feel like it's taken me my whole life to find my hair stylist Denise. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I will also say that everyone in this hair salon is so nice and so welcoming. In this day of covid-19 they have gone above and beyond to insure everyone is safe. I always look forward to seeing Denise and the other women at the salon. I always have a great experience when I go there. I'm never disappointed... love this salon, and Denise. I also wanted to add that although I love Denise and her work that Nikkole is also an excellent stylist and occasionally when Denise wasn't able to do my hair I've had Nikkole do my hair and she always does an amazing job. I love this salon and it's people so much. I tell everyone about them.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Salon 345! I have worked with each of them for different services, and they all bring something special to the salon. Denise, Jayme, Melissa, Nikkole, and Mariana will treat you like family. This full service salon truly is Saugus' Best Salon!

I've been a client of Denise's for over 30 years. She always does a great job. I've only been doing pedicures for under 10 years--I didn't know what I was missing! Mariana is quite good and is a pleasure to talk with.

Another FABULOUS day with such talented people, Denise never disappoints me with my long locks of hair! Today I had an extra special treat with MARRIANNA I can honestly say, one of the best pedicures I have had in forever! She had some great tips, a sweet personality, and just enough time to fit between a color and rinse! So plan ahead! FULL SERVICE LESS TIME ❤️💯❤️

Melissa is so amazing, talented, and patient!!!! I have A LOT of hair, and I usually get a haircut and highlights. Sometimes I want change and I am unsure of I want but she always steers me in the right direction. She gets it right each time. She is a hair guru. I do not trust anyone but her with my hair. She has literally saved my hair. I use to buy the cheap shampoos and conditioners from the drug store, until she recommended hair products to me. My hair has never felt so healthy, luscious, and shiny. I have been coming here for several years and would not go anywhere else. I would highly recommend using Salon 345!!!

This is a really lovely salon! The staff is so friendly, and hospitable! Even as a new client, I felt so welcomed and included in the “salon vibes.” It’s very clean and sanitary, and everyone is very professional, but also really nice!! They offer a bunch of services, beyond hair… Unfortunately the haircut I got, just wasn’t right for my features. So I can’t give it 5 stars. The experience was great, the actual service left somethings to be desired. After my hair grows out substantially, I will likely return, but to a different stylist. Edit: 5 stars. Owner reached out and offered her services to correct my haircut. She gave me a great cut, and went above & beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Exceptional customer service.

This is the first salon I visited and utilized when we moved to the New England area. Nikkole and the rest of the gals are the sweetest, they always have fun stories to share, and the environment is warm and inviting. Like visiting your auntie or cousins house with the added benefit of a salon! I can't say enough about how much this place helped me grow more comfortable in the area. I can't wait to visit again!

I originally started having my hair cut and colored by Melissa here, several years ago, and then I started to see Jayme for skin care. Now I'm there several times a month. It's like my second home. Jayme creates amazing and VERY affordable packages for all of her services. I've had laser hair removal, facials (microdermabrasion, lights, the works), as well as photofacials on my back and face. I've had my eyelashes curled and tinted, and my teeth whitened. It's my one-stop-shop. My results have been amazing and I just keep asking for more!

Love the friendly, clean professional environment so much I have and will continue to recommend Salon 345 & Day Spa to friends and family. Even my 8 year old son doesn't mind a trip to the Salon for a haircut all thanks to Denise.

Nikkole is very talented and such a joy to be around. I get highlights and usually a salon visit is a long one. Nikkole makes me feel comfortable and makes the experience a happy one. The staff members are so kind and friendly,, not intimidating like it can be sometimes. I leave feeling beautiful! I appreciate the staff members and this place so much. Ok, so where do I start? My best friend recommended that I try out Salon 345 for a facial with Jayme. I had never had a facial before and was trying to focus on doing more self-care for myself. That was almost 3 years ago, and I have been a loyal customer ever since! Jayme is so amazing and so down to earth, she really made me feel comfortable during my first visit (I was a little nervous) and now when I see her, I feel like I'm hanging out with one of my girl friends. She does it all: facials, laser hair removal, teeth whitening, lash extensions, and my new favorite, brow lamination! Jayme and the entire staff at Salon 345 are wonderful and complete professionals. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. So what are you waiting for?! Book an appt already. You will NOT be disappointed!

Great salon and professional. The stylist I saw was Nikki. I have long hair and wanted textured layered cut. Came out Awesome. My layers are prominent and my hair is fully of body. Highly recommend her👍

I got laser on my legs from Jayme. She is very professional and thorough. I had my hair done by Nikkole, she has a magic touch when it comes to my hair. I love her so much I have a weekly appointment set with her. Denise us always fun and lively. This is one of my favorite places to go, they’re very welcoming, follow all sanitary procedures a s are skilled at their craft!

I have gone to Salon 345 the past few times I needed color and a cut. Everyone that I have met that works there is friendly and it is an enjoyable and relaxing experience each time. Nikkole does my hair and she is excellent... I love the cut that she suggested and she has done a great job of getting my color just the way I wanted it!

I'd been getting my hair cut by Denise since 2000 when her salon was in Cambridge. Having moved away in 07 and back again to Massachusetts in 2019 I was thrilled to find her salon now in Saugus. Great haircuts everytime and always flexible in getting me in. Her salon is also great for waxing (brows and back) and hair coloring. Facials are also wonderful and now I'm thinking I may treat myself to one soon.
