I absolutely adore 210 Salon, especially my amazing hairdresser, Thiago! I've been visiting this salon for a couple of years and can't say enough good things about it. The place is spotless, the staff is super friendly, and they always have coffee, tea, and the yummiest Brazillian snacks! I highly recommend checking this place out!

My son and I recently visited S210 for haircuts, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere exuded a fantastic vibe with its contemporary decor, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing session. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who were not only friendly but also bilingual, speaking both English and Portuguese. They went above and beyond by offering us coffee, water, and even a delightful breakfast spread reminiscent of the offerings in Brazil, complete with coffee cake and the famous cheese bread. Our hair stylists, Pedro and Bira, were absolute professionals. They listened attentively to our preferences and delivered exceptional results. My haircut by Pedro and my son's by Bira were both fantastic, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. I cannot recommend S210 enough for anyone in search of a top-notch salon experience. From the welcoming atmosphere to the skilled stylists, every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning customers.

-10 STARS!!! My 77 year -old wheelchair bound mother called 210 Salon in Stratford to schedule a hair appointment. Before making an appointment, my mother explained that she required wheelchair access. She was told she would be able to get into the building and made an appointment. My mother's assisted living community planned, scheduled and transported my mother to 210 Salon only to find that the only entrance to the salon had several steps. When my mother asked why they had told her they had wheelchair access, she was told they had planned to CARRY HER WHEELCHAIR AND ALL UP THE STEPS!!! WHO IN THEIR PROFESSIONAL RIGHT-MIND WOULD EVER THINK THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE??? I am disgusted and outraged to think that ANYONE would be so careless to think that this would be safe for my mother. Needless to say, my mother was completely devastated after waiting so long, planning and paying for transportation only to find such an unprofessional, unethical, completely dysfunctional establishment unable to to do her hair. 210 Salon should NOT be in service and should have their license revoked due to unsafe conditions for disabled patrons. SHAME ON YOU 210 SALON for prioritizing making money over customer safety!

The three stars is for the overall experience. I would give 4.5 stars for my stylist (Yazmin). She did a great job on my hair but I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. The place seems relatively clean. Not a lot of parking space available just side street parking. I came in for a haircut. Yazmin did a great job on my layers. She told me it was another $40 for blow dry but I can do that myself at home so I declined. She used the blow dryer for a few seconds because it was cold outside, just to dry my hair. When I was getting my haircut one of the male employees comes up behind me and starts recording or taking pics of the my hair while the stylist is working without even asking me if that was okay. That made me feel uncomfortable. Then when I go to check out he tells me my total is $45. After I get the total, I reminded him them I have a coupon of $10 off for new clients which is advertised on their website. Then he tells another employee I have a coupon, They talk for a second in different language and then he gives me my new total. My new total comes out to $40.05. I’m not sure how you go from $45 to 40.05 for a new total or I’m not sure if they thought I couldn’t do basic math but I was not going to make a big deal as they did for $5. So I just paid with tip and left. If your website advertised $10 for new clients then why make a big deal and on top of it only give $5 off? Idk what that was all about but I’m not sure if I’ll be returning for the overall experience. But I did like the stylist and wish the overall experience would have been better so I could be certain to return. It’s hard to find a good hair stylist.

They do amazing hair wash with massage your scalp so relaxing.. and Jazmine did amazing layers on my hair the way I wanted. They very nice and friendly offer coffee and water.

They went above & beyond for my hair and makeup for my wedding. They were also so kind and caring & they kept offering me snacks and drinks. it definitely felt like a 5 star experience. I'll be back again soon. Thanks so much Salon 210!!! You're all so awesome.👑🙏🤗🥰💕💕💕💕💕

Tomorrow is my birthday and I wanted a fresh new look. I decided to give 210 Salon a try. I called the day of and got a appointment. I asked for a women's haircut layers style and blowout dry. My hair tech Alex took his time, and perfected my hair. The cut is clean, light, and full of body. The workers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Alex appeared very knowledgeable with experience. I was smiling ear to ear when I walked out I absolutely am I love with my new look.

I highly recommend Salon 210. From the moment you walk in until you leave the attention is unique. The salon is beautiful, well structured and they use the best products to take care of your hair. Daniel, my stylist is an expert in color. We recently did balayage & i'm obssesed with the results.
