Molly is the BEST!!! I will be going back to her for all my hair needs. She was very personable and made my hair look amazing. I’ve been going to the salon for years and she has been my favorite stylist. The salon is very lively and they offer refreshments. Very nice place.

I got an appt within a few days. Molly was such a bright and masterful hair wizard. She knows her science in choosing the right color and tones and also the artisty to make it look so natural and beautiful. The vibe was one of professionalism, comradery, and ease. Cannot wait to go back. A little pricey but worth it!!

The best experience I have ever had at a salon!!! The very first thing I was asked when I walked in was if I wanted a drink & they continued that same hospitality throughout my entire appointment. I had Kalie as a stylist and she is not only friendly and personable, but also basically a magician behind the salon chair. She is amazing. I will definitely continue to go back and recommend!

Shout out to Stacey for giving me the best haircut a guy can ask for. I've been coming here for over a year and have never left unsatisfied. She is very detailed-oriented and wants to make sure you leave with the best looking cut. Loves to take her time with her haircuts but they are worth it.

I have been going to Salon 119 for years and have never not one time walked out of there disappointed. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends as well and all of have them come back with the happiest feedback, feeling more confident in themselves, and I can say the same !! The most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. If you are expecting decent customer service I recommend going anywhere else. I have only visited once and will never be back. I intend on warning everyone I know to avoid this salon. There are so many talented stylist in Gainesville save yourself and try someone else.

went to book an appointment, and the next day called to cancel due to a family emergency and they responded with “ you called 23 hours not 24 hours in advanced so you’re going to have to pay an invoice of 150$ absolutely ridiculous saying it was maybe 15 minutes past the hour mark , not to mention everything here is unorganized , there is zero communication between everyone in the salon and the customers very very disappointed overall , don’t get me wrong some of the hair stylist here are wonderful but some really show they do not know how to handle business well, there are way better places in gainsville to get your hair done than here

I had the same stylist for many years and then she moved away. Finding a new person to trust with my hair was daunting but then I found Nikki at Salon 119. She is fantastic! Great with color and I always leave feeling 100% satisfied with what we’ve done. She also takes care of my teenagers hair which is totally different from mine, just shows her knowledge and range. Wonderful stylist at a great salon!!

Nikki at the Salon is so talented! She really knows her stuff, listens and creates a work of art! I've entrusted Nikki with coloring and cutting my hair for years, and she consistently exceeds my expectations. Moreover, she's a wizard with my kiddo's curly locks! We both leave the salon looking and feeling fantastic. I've also had the pleasure of having amazing work done by Layne and Aria. This has been my second time at the salon for a color and my first round of extensions and these ladies do NOT disappoint. I had heard excellent things about this salon but it’s always nerve wracking going to a new salon. I ended up moving salons because my previous stylist stopped working on Saturday’s. Due to my work schedule, it’s really hard for me to get in during the work week. Danielle Elrod did my color and she matched it perfectly to my extensions. She listened to my concerns about how much gold my hair pulls and has been able to tone my hair and color accordingly that I haven’t always been able to find at other salons. Nikki Acuzzo did my extensions and they are flawless. I naturally have pretty fine hair but she didn’t try to over sell me on how many rows I should get. She listened to what I was looking for, which was length and volume, and made her recommendations based off of that. And the end result is perfection. I don’t think I can ever go back to my natural hair! The energy from these two lovely ladies (and the salon staff overall) is truly unmatched. And the pride they take in their work shows not only on me, but in their attention to detail and work ethic. When you spend an entire Saturday per quarter in a salon, you want it to be a place that feels welcoming. Danielle and Nikki are just easy to talk to and were able to strike up a conversation and chat seamlessly. I left thinking I had known these girls for years. In addition, the other staff who were there were Regina and Stacy and I might need to hire them full time to be my personal hype girls! This salon is truly a place I do not mind spending my money and I will absolutely be continuing to follow these girls for years to come. Thank you to the entire Salon 119 team and especially Nikki and Danielle for making my first extension experience truly unforgettable in the best way possible!

This salon is totally about the customer, I had an appointment and it was just supposed to be for a certain thing and I asked for more and god bless Brandi she accommodated me putting other hairdressers who had customers to finish the job that I requested. Was priced at $175 and than charged at $345. In top of that my scalp was burned and has a scar from the chemicals. Try to reach out to the stylist Nicole and she stated there is a no refund policy. I was willing to pay the $175, since she did dye my hair; but after still having a scar on day 2 is insane to me!!... So what is the the policy when you burn one of your customers??🤔

Regina is very kind and has a positive attitude. She is patient and takes time to listen to her clients. She added dimension to my hair, giving it a more natural look and added some flattering layers! The salon is pretty and has a good stock of Bumble products and the front desk is always friendly.
