Went to get a re touch on my hair balayage and CAROLINA did not disappoint !! 🙌 I had been going to another place in chino to get it done previously. And they could never come close to the amount of detail that caro put into my hair. The process was long but well worth it, she did just a great job blending the color just right.❤️ I am in love with my hair and will definitely be coming back for all my hair needs. Also had my mom get a hair cut by MARISOL and love it. Really impressed with her work 🙌

I found this place in google and at first I went to get my hair dyed black and had to fix a little of my hair the second time I went hot highlights with a balayage and love it so much for a good price thanks Letty love my hair so much

Found out about Salazis through google. First time there and definitely going back. Carolina did excellent work on my hair. My hair was damaged with different at home color tints. And it was all fixed. Grays are all nicely covered up. And most definitely loved the new me. Light red and caramel highlights, loved it. Carolina es una profesional, gracias!👍👍👍👍👍

I found Salazis through google and at first i went just for a haircut. Carolina was the one who cut my hair and i absolutely loved it! she showed me her work and my stepmom and i decided to go back to get our hair done and we left loving our new look. i’ll definitely be going back again and again!!

I was taken care of by Damaris today. Aside from her great personality… she did a GREAT job. I didn’t really have much inspiration to getting my haircut as it is really hard to find a place that does a good job and the stylist get scissor happy and cut too much off. Damaris took her time explaining what would look good with an idea I had in mind. She not only did an amazing job and listened to me… but to tell you that she did not get scissor happy like most stylist do (which is a huge issue for me)… I told her I was trying to grow my hair out and she really did a great job!

I had long hair up to my lower back and they ended up cutting it a bit below shoulder length when I had asked her not to cut any length. I also asked for layers and even showed her a picture but she didn’t even care to really look at the picture reference. The shortest layer she cut is literally above my jaw. My hair looks ridiculous, the layers aren’t blended at all. I left the salon wanting to cry. Please do not come here. Especially if you have long curly hair.

I went in for simple layers and a trim ended up with half of my long hair cut off and with one layer chunk in the back as what was supposed to be my first layer. In the front side I had no layers whatsoever. I asked for long bangs and the lady was about to cut my bangs shorter that what I had said. If I hadn’t stopped her my hair would have been a further disaster than what it was. I went to another stylist and when she tried to trace her guide from the only layer I had in the back she noticed it wasn’t even sectioned correctly. I’m at not kidding when I say I only had one layer on the back of my head. I didn’t notice because the lady didn’t even show me the back I ask for my hair not be dried or styled but it still doesn’t excuse what was done with my hair. How do you cut someone one chunk of hair front the back and call that layers?

I went in to get my hair done. 2 weeks after I got my hair done, my hair started breaking off/falling off. Never again. I believe she didn’t know what she was doing because I have a lot and thick hair. I should have needed at least 2 sessions and not one sitting. Now my hair is a disaster. I can’t do much to it because you are able to tell where I have bald spots/shorter hair.

Second time going to this salon and I loved it! I got a keratin done for the first time today and I left so happy with the results. All the hair stylists were very professional and kind. I highly recommended this salon. I’ve been to many different ones in Riverside and this is my favorite one. I will be coming back.

So I can say I am not the easiest client to work on 😅 I can be very picky, My curls are ALL over the place, and my hair is super frizzy! Regardless of all that, They continue to make my hair cut experience absolutely AMAZING!!! My curls have so much more volume and bounce! My hair is growing back beautifully and is no longer dry! Every single stylist at Meraki knew what they were doing, they are all great at their job and I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend this salon! I know my curls are thankful!

The hair dresser she did not speak English. I asked for a water bottle which was really bad water that made me sick for days. Also I asked for a blonde color specifically and she made my hair gray with purple! I’m never going there again. Very very very bad service. It took her 7 hours to finish my hair. She was an older lady. Most of the clients did not like their haircuts so they came back. Please do yourself a favor a DO NOT go there. I had to pay extra and go somewhere else after 7 hours of a terrible job! The lady also over bleached my hair. I would give zero stars. Her rate was also very over priced. This salon is filthy. I was literally sitting on someone else’s cut hair. Disgusting. They need to shut down the place it’s just not for them. Also my mom went there for color and they did not cover her gray hair strands properly. VERY bad job. The worst job I’ve ever had done. Also they put on music that was too loud.

This was my first time going here and I love the outcome of my hair! I initially went in for a bleach and root touch up but I ended up needing a correction. My stylist did an amazing job and she is the sweetest, I believe her name was Karla not too sure.. They closed at 7pm that day but we were not done until 10pm and she didn’t complain even once. 😭 10/10 recommend going here 😍

Worst experience of my life. SIX hours later I got grey burn hair. I had to go to another hairdresser to put some color back into my hair and he had to cut it up to my shoulders because it was burn so bad. Worst place ever....I will never go back.
