Called to make an appointment, spoke to a pleasant person and fellow veteran named Marcie. I explained during the call what I had been getting from barbers and what I wanted moving forward. She said she understood completely and booked an appointment. A few days later I came in for a consultation. She sat me down, and I explained exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want, stating that I really didn't need a haircut today, just wanted her to get an idea of my hair and look at the photo I had brought which represented the cut/style I wanted to achieve. She began cutting away. I mentioned twice that she appeared to be cutting my hair to short, and she reminded me that she has cut many heads of hair. When she was finished, I informed her that she had indeed cut my hair to short, and it didn't seem she had listened to anything I had said prior. She was adamant in disagreeing with any statement I made, both before the haircut and after. I paid for the cut, and she said that she now understood what I wanted and would send me some photos of her own for me to look over. I asked if I could come by in a couple of weeks for a reassessment, not a cut, and she said yes. I didn't receive any photos after a couple of weeks, and I left a voicemail and sent an email asking when I might be able to come let her see the progress. No reply; I assume that means I'm meant to look elsewhere. Marcie cuts hair well in my opinion, but she listens to her customers poorly. It wasn't a terrible haircut, it just wasn't what I wanted, and it was specifically what I had stated several times I didn't want. If you want a local option, I'm sure this establishment will be just fine. If you have certain standards, are willing to pay what it costs to get an exception cut, and wish to have your instructions taken into account, I recommend looking elsewhere or booking a different stylist.

Real talk, Marcie SAVED my hair. She was able to transform brassy highlights from a different salon on my super long dark brunette hair into a color-blocked style that looks incredible in ONE EVENING!! I came in hating my hair and left absolutely loving it - if you need an excellent colorist in Mebane this is the place to go!

I've been going here religiously for over a year. I just adore this place, it's gorgeous, amazing staff, and (this might sound weird) but it has the cutest bathroom in the world. I see Marcy for a platinum regrowth touch-up every 8 weeks and it's always a pleasant experience. I'm picky and she a is always accommodating and kind here's a pic of my hair. 10 stars.

Literally LOVE this salon! First off, The salon itself is such a warm and welcoming environment which is a plus. When you're getting your hair done , you don't feel rushed at all and they make sure that your hair turns out exactly how you want it. My hair could not of had turned out more perfect! I really felt listened to, and it came out better than I could have imagined!! Will always return! 😊😊

Just started going here and first thoughts are both the shop and owner are awesome. She did a great job on my haircut and it was a very comfortable experience. Open spacious space and seems like a good staff. Update: Been a few times now and couldn't be happier. Love that I can schedule appointments online, shop is very nice, Marie is great, always a good experience.

Got my roots colored and my hair cut by Zoe. She was very nice. I enjoyed talking to her. She did a great job with my hair. I absolutely love it! I felt very comfortable at the salon. Everyone was nice. The price was very good. I will definitely be going back. The appointment process was easy and efficient.

I came in for a cut and color. I had choppy layers (that I did myself) and Kenzie did a great job fixing them up! Kenzie also did a full highlight/ Balayage on my hair today and it came out amazing. Definitely recommend this place!

I've been going to Marcie for over 5 years now and I can't speak highly enough about her prolific skills or kind and witty personality. Going to Saints and Sinners not only supports this hard-working Veteran, but you're going to have a fun yet relaxing time while you're there. Put it this way: I'm a working mom and I drive an hour both ways just to get my hair done by Marcie. You want to get your hair done by her and her team.

Visited Marcie's new salon about a week ago for highlights/balayage/whatever magic services Avery accomplished. The team is so friendly and welcoming. The first time with a new stylist is like the worst and scariest first date and my appointment was like falling in with old friends. My hair looks AMAZING! Like myself, but better, which is exactly the low maintenance I was hoping for. Thank you for a great start to my spring! See you again soon!

I had never been here before, but I called Marcie in a panic per a recommendation from a co-worker as the salon I just went to butchered my hair and I had a formal dinner to go to. Marcie told me to come right in, and thanks to her and Avery, I received many compliments at my dinner. Thank you both again!

Marcie and Avery did such a fantastic job on my hair. I’m obsessed with my color. I came with a few scattered ideas what I wanted done but Marcie took it and ran with it and I’m so impressed. My hair has never looked this good and healthy.

Was able to book appt with Marcie on short notice. She did a great job trimming up my hair and neck line. Welcome to Mebane.... I couldn't figure out how to leave a new review so I Just edited this one with an update...12/15/23 If you are looking for a new place to get your hair cut this is the place!! Marcie once again did a great job. Just went in for a trim and Marcie really gave me a fantastic clean up. She didn't cut much hair but what a big difference I noticed when I got home. Thanks Marcie!!....Can't wait to see what you have planned at the new salon...Aubrey
