I recently made a departure from this salon after about 7 years of consistent attendance every 4 weeks. The customer service has tanked and I find that they are unnecessarily rough with the threading (a realization after having found myself at a different threader). I wish them the best and hope they re-evaluate their practices.

2 years of keeping my eyebrows natural and today in less then 10min this lady just messed it up! I just wanted a simple clean up!! I clearly said PLEASE DO NOT THIN OR SHAPE them do not cut the ends or cut the any of the top! just a clean up around what my natural shape already is. I’m middle-eastern and hairy af and my features are stronger if I shape my eye brows outside of my natural shape I look crazy! my right eye brow is messed up it’s thin af and has 2 small gaps at the bottom part cuz she decided to keep taking hair from the bottom part. I felt she took too much so I asked to see before she moved on to the left side, and of course she did! She sat there convincing me no I jst cleaned its stil looks good it already had a gap! I truly hate when ppl try to gaslight u with what you see with ur own eyes like I don’t know my face or haven’t lived with it all my life. And miraculously after I express the fact that it’s messed up and I’m clearly upset she did the left one perfectly exactly the way I asked but why wasn’t that honored to begin with? Why?u clearly heard me the second time but I had to be upset to be heard When I trusted that u as a professional to listen to what I said and took it for what it is from the first time I said it! Its beyond annoying! Here we go staring again! 🙄

I have been going to Saheli- Dartmouth location for over 6 years now. I’ve gotten threading and waxing services at this location. Gita and her team are extremely professional and talented. I live 30 mins away now but still go here for the services because I know for a fact that it’s going to be perfect.

I have been coming here since 2019 every month but there are to many new people and quality has gone down 👎🏽. Pretty disappointed guess I will find a new place.

Ok i have been coming here since 2017 Dartmouth and Centennial location. I visit every 2 weeks because my eyebrows grow fast. I never tried tinting but i tried it after being convinced by the lady who did my brows. It doesn’t make any difference and the tinting only colors hair not skin so you are literally just making your eyebrows darker. It doesn’t fill any gaps or anything and my brows look exactly like before only much darker, i look like an anime character. Over the years my eyebrows have become much thinner due to being threaded by different people each time and lost its shape. The only time i have been happy with my brows here was when Gita did them. After this visit tho i think i am done with the inconsistency of this place.

The quality hada decreased a lot. First they ask to book appointment and when you reach on time they make you wait for 45 mins. Very irresponsible!!

I got my eyebrows tinted and shaped. Very nicely done. Too dark T first but they fixed that.

I usually come here to get my eyebrows threaded and they do an amazing job but I decided to get a tint today and it was no good. She didn’t clean my eyebrows to start and did not even apply the tint evenly. I was trusting the process but then a different lady came and wiped them off and I held back my disappointment. They were not natural, smudged in places and all around made me never want to go get my eyebrows tinted again. She was also very pushy on advertising another service to get that day. She did this with other customers too. Will be coming back to get a thread but never tint.

I’ve been going to Saheli Eyebrows for the past 8 years and I have no complaints whatsoever. They are the best in the business for eyebrows and threading. Very friendly staff, flexible and accommodating.

This place is great! Fast and very nice. Was $9 back in the day but about $15 now, the going rate. They now have a few locations, and the ones in Centennial and Parker are both great, too!

I've been coming here for a year never really had a problem until yesterday… first time getting my eyelashes done and now my eyes are in pain they hurt to move them! Keep in mind I get my eyelashes done all the time so I know it sometimes will be regular redness to the eye. This is painful and they are ugly. The same lady who did my eyelashes did my eyebrows and they are ugly as well, will never be back, I honestly would love a refund.

I used to come here all the time, until this time that one of the reps made my eyebrows really thin, when I specifically asked for a clean up. Manager was nice enough to fix the unevenness, but you can’t fix the hair taken off already. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
