The salon is very clean, but there is an attitude like they’re doing you a favor - it’s quite an unpleasant experience. The massage part of the pedicure was excellent, but my nail technician cut me quite badly. She did apologize and put alcohol on it, which stung a lot, but worse is that was a month ago and it still stings and still hurts! One month later…that’s quite a wound she inflicted on me, and I paid over $80 for the privilege. I won’t be going back

The salon is clean and well-kept. Gel removal is done carefully to protect the nails, and I always leave with beautiful manicures and pedicures from all the nail techs. Sinthia, in particular, did an exceptional job on this manicure!

Clean salon with a very terrible customer service attitude. They truly act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. I have been coming here about a year . Yesterday I saw Jenny who I have not seen before. I had a spa pedicure scheduled and had a gel manicure which was done there and has been flaking off and my nails chipping so I asked if they were able to just soak them off while I got my pedicure. I didn’t even need a new manicure. I also added if not, when can I come back? I was not demanding it was a question and they agreed to do it. I don’t know if this set Jenny off or what but I was treated so poorly throughout. She didn’t help me in or out of the chair with the gloves on my hands and she didn’t help me sit at the dryer while I had wet hands and feet. The customer next to me did. At the end of the appt I felt unwelcome, disrespected and like I was done a huge favor. But I was paying the $80+ dollars that I was charged and still expected to leave a tip. Hilarious.

I was told by many helpful locals to come this to salon. I was told I would never look back by a fellow customer. She sure was right. Cynthia literally wiped my stress away out of my feet. It was the best birthday because of this. Don't walk run and book online asap !

This is absolutely the best salon in the Hudson valley. Rina and her staff are extremely professional and always do the best job to make sure your nails look perfect!

I had a pedicure today. I normally use Sue do my pedicure, but she was unavailable. In place of her I used Maria. ( I never used her before). I was extremely disappointed with the service she provided. She cut into my cuticle and it hurt, I said ouch! She then said “it’s nothing”. Yes it was something, it hurt!!Now everyone is entitled to a mistake, but to not apologize and to undermine my discomfort, that’s not good service or very professional. I like Sage Nail Salon, but today I am not happy with the service Maria provided.

Made an appointment with Judy and they gave me someone else instead. The girl didn’t speak English and did the opposite of what I asked. I had been going there for many years but I will not be going back!

I tried calling for two weeks, no answer or machine. I drove to only ask 1 question and they are NASTY!! The just lost 6 potential customers. We are not going somewhere just to get aggregated. Horrible !!!

I went here for a pedicure before our trip to Disney and she clipped my toe! It hurt! I’ve been going for pedicures for ever thought I’d try this place out expecting a great experience. Terrible!

Well appointed and immaculate! This is the only place I go to for a gel manicure. The special pedicure is perfect and worth the little extra. Recommend it highly!!

I have been going here for years. They are in my opinion the best nail salon in the local area by far. As of recently, they are in a brand new space so it’s beautiful, modern, comfortable and very clean. The staff truly want to do a good job and they pay attention to detail. They provide a full list of services including waxing in a private room. You can reserve an appointment online which is convenient. They are a bit expensive, but worth it!

I went here to get UV tips put on for my sister's wedding. They are expensive but I thought that they would come out nice. It came out awful. None are the same shape the French is different on every nail. She cut me several times. A week later one came off, the one that was sticking up. I paid 110 plus tip for them to last a week and I'm not rough on them.

I will not go anywhere else. This place is immaculate. They’re so hygienic with their tools. The nail spa is so clean and quiet. Every tech I’ve seen has been wonderful with communication. Pedicures are amazing. Rina is fantastic for dip polish. I love this place so much!

No one answers the phone app never works to make an appointment - if you walk in to just make an appointment they tell you wait 20 minutes - use to love this place

They double book appointments and are extremely rude and defensive when asked to keep the appointment that was booked. I had thought this was just a mix up when it happened with my first appointment. but when it happened the second time I walked out
