I came across Safahla Medical on social media and decided to give them a call. Despite the poor phone reception, the receptionist returned my call and introduced their services to me. I was seeking facial and full body massage and eventually got an appointment. I was not disappointed. The ambiance and professionalism were top-tier. I value politeness and respect, and Safahla Medical delivered on both fronts consistently. Previously, I had to travel for hours to seek satisfactory services, but now that I've found Safahla Medical in my hometown, my life is more balanced. I am pleased with every service I've chosen. Went to visit one of my favorite MD's,@rashidavassellmd today. Celebrating @safahlamedical 's one year anniversary! With the help of Dr.Vassell and her team, my husband has lost over 60 pounds and I have lost 35 pounds so far. More importantly, their holistic, all-encompassing approach has helped teach us key lifestyle changes to ensure success and maintenance of our optimal overall health. Don’t wait to visit Dr. Vassell and her team!!. They are amazing. I’ve completed a series of microneedling and chemical peels, and not only is my skin brighter, tighter and a more even skin tone, but I cannot say enough about my experience as a whole. Any questions or concerns I had about the process were thoroughly answered, and there was never any pressure to commit to anything. I’ve referred several friends who have all had equally incredible results and experiences. I can’t wait to try a different service soon!

Exquisite! Safahla is an experience that you need to experience! As soon as you step into the office, you are pampered with a beverage (hot tea and honey is my choice), a neck warmer (you then realize you needed), and attentive staff. Dr. Vassell (also known as Dr. V) is my new favorite doctor/person. She is both lovely and uber knowledgeable. She takes the time to get to know you and will suggest only what she thinks you need. Her vision as a doctor is to develop relationships with her clients which is a rarity these days. I personally think it is important to support other women in our community to be successful. This is an easy choice to make with Safahla!

Every appointment I've had at Safahla has been amazing! The office is gorgeous and the staff is very nice and always offer refreshments. Dr. Vassell and Nurse Heather are so nice and make sure to explain everything that we're doing that day, as well as other treatments they offer! I highly recommend coming here for any of your skincare needs!

The best botox of my life! When I moved to Corning from Manhattan I assumed that I’d be returning to the city every few months for touch ups; however, Dr. Vassell’s work is FAR superior to any of the medspas I previously frequented in NYC. Warmly greeted by her lovely team, who offered refreshments in her gorgeously stylish front office lounge, I knew my first appointment was off to a great start. After a tour of the facility with Olivia the office manager, Dr. Vassel’s met with me one-on-one for a thorough consultation. Her warm, friendly demeanor was instantly comforting, allowing me to easily confide in her the changes I wished to make with my appearance (something that as a patient isn’t always easy to do, iykyk). As we discussed options, her extensive medical knowledge and compassion put me at ease in her care. Her genuine kindness radiates through the entire practice, and the results speak for themselves. My face has never looked better, I look and feel like my best self. Thank you Safahla Medical!

I came to Safahla for TMJ pain and am so happy that I did! The staff is very welcoming upon your consult appointment. When I decided to officially get injections for TMJ, Dr. Vassell and the rest of the Safahla staff were very attentive. They made me feel extremely comfortable and catered to my needs whether that was a drink of water or a blanket if I was chilly. I was referred to Safahla by my dentist for Botox injections for TMJ disorder. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this was a physician led medical care practice with a variety of offerings. It is apparent Dr. Vassell has put a lot of thought and care into developing this self-care focused sanctuary. The emphasis on quality services and products sets Safahla apart from others in the area. They have a welcoming and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond.

I went to Safahla hoping to try their IV therapy treatment with a focus on supplements to help support my immune system as I have been fending off a cold. I combined this treatment with a rejuvenation facial, which is an hour-long spa treatment for my skin and facial pores. The facial with Angela was an amazing experience, and both she and Heather who administered the IV were wonderful in answering all of my questions and explaining what everything meant and was for. But the best was how I felt after the IV - like a fog had been lifted. I felt pampered, carefully catered to, and gently handle. It was worth every penny! Can't wait to return.
