Was so happy to find a trauma-informed massage therapist and elated to leave my first appointment feeling SO GOOD. Clara is so present and attentive. I felt so comfortable and safe the entire time. I’ve seen a lot of therapists and this has been one of my top experiences. Perfect pressure and communication. Just so soothing and relaxing! I will definitely be returning regularly

I've been seeing Clara for a little while now, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Each session starts with a quick chat on how you're feeling and reviewing what you'd like to work on during your session. Clara is communicating with you during the entire process. She offers aroma therapy with the message, but it's not required, and she's always checking in with you to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. The office is a calm, quiet environment, and I feel that calming feeling the moment I walk in the door, and it sticks with me the entire time I'm there. Another thing I love is the fixed fee with no tipping. I always worry about making sure I'm tipping enough, and here you don't even have to think about it, I just go in, relax, and enjoy the message. The only thing I wish was different was my ability to visit more often.

Amazing therapist! I immediately felt at-ease when I walked into her room. There was great communication on the different things that I would like during my session, including the essential oils (aromatherapy) and cold stone massage which I've never had before. I really enjoyed the hands and feet massage, and she always checks in to make sure you are comfortable. Lovely service, highly recommended!

Clara is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. The ambience of her clean massage room paired with her intuitive gift of massage makes for the ultimate relaxation experience. She is very attentive to you while on the table insuring you are comfortable, and feel safe at all times. I highly recommend the Shirodhara massage treatment. I am beyond grateful for Clara! I remember the morning after my very first massage, was the first time in months I woke up without feeling the weight of anxiety on my chest. Not only does she provide an amazing massage and atmosphere, but she is also such a great listener and wonderful to talk to. Our conversations and massage time together have given me the healing space to gather my thoughts and for my body to receive the TLC it needs. I am so glad I found Clara at Sacred Cocoon! First of all, she creates a safe, comfortable environment and is so considerate. I love the freebies that are optional such as the cold stone and the aromatherapy. I also love the fact that she has a flat rate with no gratuity accepted, it takes the awkwardness away. She has great technique, listens to your needs and even remembers what you like/need/prefer. Thank you for an amazing massage and self-care moment every time!

Clara did an incredible job! I went for a PTSD/anxiety massage and definitely could feel the focus being on a safe and comfortable environment. She really pays attention to all the small details (several pillows as options for comfort, hot towels, scented oils, and my favorite: a very thorough head massage). It’s hard to find massage therapists who you connect with, and provide the full value of what you pay for. Highly recommend!
