I recently took both my son and daughter to Rusty Beauty, and Natalie did an amazing job with their haircuts! She carefully listened to what we wanted—a stylish, shoulder-length cut with soft layers and curtain bangs for my daughter, and a clean, modern cut for my son. The attention to detail Natalie provided was outstanding; she made sure everything was blended perfectly and that the final look matched exactly what we envisioned. Both of my kids are thrilled with their new styles, and the experience was great from start to finish. I highly recommend Natalie and Rusty Beauty for anyone looking for a skilled and attentive stylist. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been here before and had an amazing experience with Natalie. I am disappointed to say my last experience turned out to not be so great. Upon examination of my hair further after washing and styling I noticed that my cut was very uneven. I wanted it trimmed how Natalie did with an even no layers added. I have stray pieces everywhere and it’s like the underneath is shorter than the rest. If I put it up I have pieces that fall down unevenly all over the back. Granted my hair is short and some falls anyways but this is east worse now. I also told her I’m trying grow my bangs out and she said she would add some face framing pieces to blend my bangs in( I asked for them to be blended so it didn’t look weird growing out) I have pieces around my face that are shorter than my bangs are now. My hair is ruined until it starts to grow out. My daughter got kids highlights and she didn’t explain they would wash out after only two shampoos they were pretty much gone. I loved when Natalie did my hair and I’m so sad that I didn’t wait for her. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this salon I will look elsewhere. Just want other to be aware. Tori is also new and she was so nice so I try to be understanding and I feel bad writing this review, I’ve put it off but she was the only one in the salon at the time during this process as well. The website also mentioned a discount for booking with her( which I saw after the fact) we paid full price. I had left her a nice tip too about 160 total not realizing she had not done my hair properly or my daughters I feel. We only booked with Tori because Natalie was booked when we need the spot.

Natalie gave me an INCREDIBLE haircut! And I'm not easily impressed. She is most definitely a curly hair expert. Booking an appointment was easy with their online system, and the salon was clean and so cute. The prices are very reasonable and I'll definitely be back.

I've been going to Natalie at Rustic Beauty for about 2 years now. I found them randomly because I was desperate for a cut /color and they had a same day opening. I've stayed with them even when ownership changed (the stylist I use is now the owner) and have always had a great experience. Quick, efficient, clean, and if you're lucky you'll get to hear Natalie singing, too! 😂

I just recently started going to Rustic Beauty for cuts for myself and my daughter. Natalie does an amazing job! Her shop is always neat, clean, and relaxing (always has good music playing, too 😊). Our haircuts have looked great, and it’s easy to see that Natalie knows a lot about her craft. Definitely recommend!

I scheduled an appointment using Square, which was nice to not play back and forth with appointment times. I got a men's haircut with a high fade. Probably one of the better haircuts I've had, and I've been to the local barber shops. Split Ends will be my new go-to.

Melanie is phenomenal! She was so patient, as I have a ton of hair, and was very detail oriented. She actually listened to what I wanted to do, instead of just doing what she thought would look good. Very pleasant, kind and easy to talk to! All in all an awesome experience!

The most important thing about your hair is having someone who is an expert in the field tell you exactly how to care for it. Melanie has been outstanding to me in this regard. She takes the time to explain "problem" areas I have with my hair, the importance of color treatment and having a proper cut to go with a style becoming to me. The best thing however, in spite of my hair flaws she has told me it is healthy. Keeping it healthy goes beyond anything you can do. She takes the time out to answer any of my questions, recommend styling products with no obligation to buy and even helps me when I "struggle" to style my own hair. No matter how busy she gets, she makes sure that how work meets with my satisfaction and I've always been pleased with the results. Highly recommend.
