Love using Rumours Wellness in so many different capacities! Paige is amazing for facials - she has completely turned my face around with a consistent schedule and my breakouts are minimal. "I had a very disappointing experience with Karen. I had previously invested thousands of dollars in high-quality hair extensions and coloring at another salon. Unfortunately, after entrusting my hair to Karen, I experienced significant damage. Over the course of several appointments, I noticed my hair becoming increasingly brittle and breaking off, a clear indication of chemical damage. Despite expressing my concerns, the damage continued to worsen. The last time she touched my hair was before a surprise birthday party for my grandmother, and I told Karen my hair is sizzling in the foils, she leaned in and said she didn't hear anything, when the foils came off so did my hair and then more when rinising. To add insult to injury, Karen now refuses to disclose what products she used on my hair, which makes it extremely difficult to even begin to repair the damage and get my hair to a point where I feel comfortable wearing it down. I am now left with severely compromised hair and the prospect of costly repairs. I would not recommend Karen's services, especially if you have invested time and money into your hair plus extensions.

Alyssa is amazing! I recently got my brows laminated by her and she did such a good job & was very nice & made me feel SO comfortable! My mom also loved my brows and got hers done by her and she said the same thing! 10/10 recommend her.

Hydrafacial with Alyssa was fabulous! I'd never had one before and she walked me through each step before she did it. Very relaxing atmosphere throughout the salon. My skin feels amazing and I'll be back!

I got my haircut here before and one lady didnt listen to what i had to say, and didnt even pay attention to the images i had shown her for the style i was looking for. since i have thin fine hair you cant take chunks out of it and rush through cutting it. She didnt take the time to pull it up and cut layer my layer like your suppose to. She made it look uneven and difficult to style. I was disappointed given the reviews ,and money i had spent here for a decent haircut and didn't get it.
