I saw Nikki for a BioRee peel and I'm hooked! First, I'd like to say Im a girlie pushing 40 and Im trying to avoid things like botox for as long as I can ( not that I object) the biggest thing about the peel that sparked my interest is the minimal downtime for your recovery ( I work and have 2 kids so time is hard to come by) Here's a quick step by step account from my experience. Day one. The gel is applied to clean skin, there is a slight tingle sensation but not burning. After only 7 mins the peel is removed, your skin is prepped and your out the door. The whole process took maybe 20-30 min. My face was mildly pink for about an hr, then nothing. Day two. Small flaking around rim of nose.... that's it. Day three. Flaking around nose gone, face feels smooth but tight. (Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate your skin!) Day four. No flaking. Healing done. For skin hydration, Nikki provided me with a serum as well as a face cream that worked beautifully. My skin texture is so smooth and I've noticed skin with sun damage has disappeared. I can't wait to do another!

Got me in for a haircut the day before Thanksgiving, had never been and had a great experience. I had botched my hair trying to trim it myself and she made it look totally amazing. Will def be back

I get my hair done at Rumors regularly, everyone is so friendly and they are great at what they do. I got an opportunity to try a new product Bhave. I tried the 10 week blowout treatment. This product claims to repair damaged hair as well as give you volume. It did everything it claims. My hair felt smooth and healthy and I finally got volume from a product that I’ve been looking for. I highly recommend #Bhave.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I have pretty difficult curly and textured hair. I went for a keratin treatment. I’ve received several in the past so I’m familiar with the routine. my stylist and I sat and talked for a while about different smoothing treatment options. I felt like she really listened to what I was hoping for and she definitely delivered! It wasn’t just a great hairstyle and fun conversation. She really gave me some great tips and advice. She provided me with the tools I needed to achieve the healthy hair I want; rather than just making it look good for a day when I walk out of the salon. Obviously, having curly hair, I’ve watched 1 million YouTube videos and tried 100 products. I wish I would’ve come to her before I tested all of those other methods on my hair😂! 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anyone!! ❤️

Celia does a wonderful job. Helped me pick a proper color, cut my hair the way I wanted (without chopping it all off the was some love to do) and spent a lot of time getting it all perfect. I never leave there unhappy. Thank you!

I drive all the way from Lowell to Rumors in Saugus. I have been going to Monique for years. I can not say enough good things. She does the BEST blowouts! Her cuts, color and highlights are always on point! The entire staff is outstanding at customer service.

I have been going to Monique for more than a decade. I followed her from another salon to Rumors. The environment, ownership and other stylists make you feel at home and welcome. It makes going to get your hair done as much of a social experience as a beauty experience. Monique it a color expert! She has perfected her techniques and no matter how picky you are, she will make sure you leave with a big smile on your face. The value is also superior...I would recommend Monique and the whole Rumors team to anyone looking for a salon!!!

I recently took my daughter (10 years old) to see Monique for her first professional hairstyle. Monique did an amazing job with her. I watch my daughter transform right in front of me, it was unbelievable. My daughter loved it, she felt like a princess, now my daughter can't wait to go back to see her again. Monique is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. Rumors Hair Salon is a great place very clean and friendly. I highly recommend Monique, I even get my haircut with her.

I struggled for years to find a stylist I liked and was told to try Rumors. Monique is absolutely amazing. I've been going there for over 5 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. No matter what cut or color she gives me I receive compliments from the time I leave right until I'm due for my next appointment. I'd highly recommend her!

I've been going to rumors in Saugus for about a year now. Monique at rumors bleaches my roots and cuts my hair. She is excellent at what she does. Before I went to Monique I had breakage from bleaching and my hair was falling out. It's been a year and my hair has grown more in the past year than it did in the previous three years. The atmosphere is great and I highly recommend rumors if you're looking for a new salon.

Monique has been my stylist for years now. She does an amazing job on my hair. She does a perfect blowout!
