Give Cayla a raise!! Whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough. I coordinated a spa day for a group of friends, two of whom had special health and mental health needs. The two weeks leading up to our visit, I must have called and spoken to Cayla at least 6 times with questions and requests, and she couldn’t have been more patient and considerate. The whole team was extremely lovely and understanding about our needs and eager to do anything they could to make our visit more special and comfortable. Jessica massaged myself and a friend who had recently had a painful health event, and took excellent care of both of us. It was truly a special day. Thank you all!

Sadly disappointed as I was looking forward to this being incredibly nice and relaxing. Over the top really for $205 “mud mask.” Massage was fine. But the CBD mud mask was very uncomfortable. You lay on a foil paper and they towel you off on the same bed leaving you muddy and with a similar feeling to a sponge bath in a hospital. Not pleasant and way too expensive for that. The shower after was out of shampoo and body wash. The towels are located far from showers. No body lotion. Just overall meh for how expensive it was. The front desk did discount my service so I appreciated that. Not one to complain or leave reviews in general but I was expecting a lot more.

From the receptionist/host desk down to the massage therapist was excellent! Toni personality is so friendly and funny and adds so much to the experience! I’d recommend!

Let me tell you about my afternoon at R&R. It’s a lovely space in a lovely hotel. You walk into calm and tranquil. Very nice space. Cayla was a joyful soul - super friendly, asked all the right questions, explained the process and made it so easy. I had an 80 minute massage with Danielle. She is a professional and a master of her craft. She took time to explain how she would handle the service and what she was doing, explained my options and off we went. She was nice, and was very thorough. I chose firm and it was perfectly firm. I was treated very well and I feel a thousand times better. I recommend her highly. After the massage, there were all sorts of amenities to explore, a drink, sauna, shower, massage chairs, hydro massage….so many things. We love coming here and will be back. Thank you!!

The bathroom was out of toilet paper. The lockers allowed for any code to be used. Leaving our items unsecured. Two of three showers were completely out of conditioner and body wash. Requiring me to walk naked to the 3rd shower to obtain. I would prefer some of my money back.

The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and very insightful with my questions and concerns. The facilities were well cleaned, relaxing, and a nice ambiance. Services were a bit pricey but for the Grand Hyatt amenity that was expected. Tony at the front desk was awesome; I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she rescheduled at a later time to allow me to tour the facility, shower, and relax. My masseuse Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and took the attention and care to accommodate my injury while still providing me with a great, relaxing, and much needed massage and add on services were top tier (exfoliating foot scrub and eye mask). Tony at the front desk was thoughtful to inform me the exfoliating brush was included and my lotion gift with my package. I also purchased the oil used in the steam room and everytime I use my product I’m right back in the spa feeling the relaxation all over again. Treat yourself to the R&R spa; you won’t regret it. Gratuity is included @ 22% but my services were deserving of more! Thank you Tony & Jeremiah for my great experience!!

First timer here at R+R Spa. My experience was wonderful! From the beginning with the front desk ladies to my massage. This was my first time getting a deep tissue massage and hot stones. Danielle was perfect! This was the best massage I’ve ever had! I had neck pain, shoulder and back pain and left with no pain! She definitely is experienced! She gave me tips to help me when I got back home. I’m definitely booking her again!

Had the most amazing spa day at R+R!!! Booked a massage and facial, which were glorious, and spent the whole day enjoying the various spa rooms, sauna, and rooftop pool. Everyone at R+R was so kind and helpful. The food and cocktails at the pool bar/restaurant were elevated and much better than you’d expect from a typical pool bar. Finished the day taking a hot steam shower and getting ready for dinner in the spacious locker room. Everything was perfect…right down to the cozy robe and sandals. Pro tips, they have wine if you ask for it and consider going during the week. I went on a Thursday and basically had the place to myself. I will definitely be back soon.

Absolutely incredible experience at R&R! I was pressed for time but needed to find a way to relax after a crazy week. I was greeted by Trae E. when I walked in. He recommended the touch-less massage and relaxation experience and it was AWESOME! He was so patient, kind and just an absolute treasure to speak with. As a busy mama, this experience was everything and trust me, I WILL BE BACK. I’ll be sure to bring along my girlfriends too! Thank you!!

Honestly, Katie, is one of the best massage therapists but the spa itself is over priced and overrated and I regularly pay 1/3 of the price for much better amenities and then they don’t tell you all the additional fees they add on at the end! Almost $600 for two 50 min massages without a jacuzzi, cool plunge, steam room or private spa pool is absolutely insane.

I am a local who bought the spa membership along with my wife. We get 7 day a week access to the spa area and amenities and a massage once a month. The staff is amazing and very responsive. They make us feel special every time we come in. Great value and highly recommend other local residents to join. This place is definitely a gem in the city. Forgot to mention we also have access to the rooftop pool in the summer!

I had a fantastic therapeutic massage with Danielle! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood what I needed. The space is beautiful. I was able to book same day and ended up having the place to myself as the last client of the day. I love a dry sauna! The rooftop pool is right outside so bring a swimsuit!

I had a wonderful experience here. I enjoyed every aspect of the spa from the experience room to the sauna. The shower was heavenly and I normally do not take showers in public places. The shower experience was better than the one at the hotel. I hate I couldn't get a longer massage and it's a bit bright in the room yet a good time. I hope to return.

Relaxing and therapeutic experience! My skin is very soft and radiant after the Signature Hydrafacial. Definitely a must. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional! Beautiful environment.

So my experience started off a little rocky. My wife and I had scheduled massages for our wedding anniversary because we would be in town for the weekend. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone the previous day booked the appointment and we were ready to go, or so we thought. However, when we got there, the appointment was already taken by someone else. They were very apologetic and gave us a discount to still come back the next day and experience the spa and all of its amenities. I also ended up leaving my necklace in my robe and the same gentleman who helped me on that day took the time out to mail it to me all the way to Birmingham, Alabama . This is my definition of top notch service as I am a business owner myself. I can definitely appreciate that. The massage itself was good, but the customer service is AMAZING. We will definitely be back.

That was fantastic. Everyone was so nice. Makenna did a 50 min Massage and really listen to what I was hoping for. Highly recommend. I was even able to enjoy the amenities which was included in it.

Ashley was wonderful!! I’ve had plenty of massages and this was by far among the best I’ve had. She used just the right amount of pressure but checked in to make sure it was ok too. Absolutely awesome!

Danielle was amazing! After almost 15 years of massages, I have to say my experience with her was the best ever. The entire experience was phenomenal, and I walked out feeling like a brand new woman. I couldn’t recommend her more!! I’m so glad I made the time to pamper myself. I was relaxed from the moment I walked into the spa. The ambiance was amazing! It also smelled SO good. Add the hot stones! I don’t think I’ve ever been more relaxed in my life. 10/10!

I had a wonderful experience at this spa! Daniella did a fabulous job with my 80 min full body massage - the best I have ever had at a spa! I love that you can add on extras for a reasonable price. I added the hot stones and my friend added the body brush- we loved both extras.

I’ve literally never left a negative review before but I am so dissatisfied. My massage therapist was tickling me the whole time and even when I said something she continued to do it even though I was very clearly squirming and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t have even left a review about that, but she also offered a face mask to me (which I knew would be extra but never thought it would be as much as it was) and scented oil. The face mask ($8 on amazon) was 35 and the oil I was offered with no impression it would be a charge was 25. My friend got lavender oil as well and was not charged for “aromatherapy.” The woman at the front desk in glasses (whose name I don’t know) refused to listen to what I was asking about and completely dismissed me. Then you automatically are charged 20% gratuity only 18% of which actually goes to the therapist. Overall I definitely won’t be coming back and am super disappointed.

One of the best spas in the city. I love the ambience and customer service. As soon as we (my mother and sister) enter the spa we're greeted with a smile and wonderful playful banter. I recieved my massage from Danielle who did a wonderful job working out the tension in my lower back and feet. Throughtout the service she checked in with me continuously to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this for regular and first time go-ers. Five stars across the board!!!!

The Spa is very clean, efficient and front desk is service awesome! Lovely meditation room and sauna.. had a fabulous massage, so relaxing I didn’t want it to end .. staff is friendly and did everything to make my experience wonderful., We were able to use the pool after services which was great ! I would highly recommend this Spa as I have been to several in Nashville, but this will 100% be my Go to Spa on all my future visits !
