As much as I like the massage...the masseuse is a different story. She wanted me to tip her 70 dollars. She wanted more than what is due. I advise the owner to talk to their workers.

I went there yesterday May 24th for a massage. Time to pay the cashier felt ,viciously entitled for me to tip. She sounded so rude using a commanding tone which got me so upset!!! I had paid 70 dollars requested for the service I wanted which I didn’t enjoy and you feel entitled for me to tip? It was the audacity for me!!!

I recently visited Royalty for the first time in a couple years. My therapist was Sara. She sanitized my hands and hers before beginning; both of us wore masks throughout. The room was immaculate. Before beginning she asked how much pressure I wanted: strong, medium, or soft. I asked for strong, and even though Sara is small, she delivered. About 50% of the massage was with a sheet covering me, while for the remainder she undraped body parts as she worked on them. Her elbows working out the knots in my back were almost painful, but I knew I would feel better later. I appreciated that she wasn't shy about pressure, and that she knew how to warm up muscles and relax them before digging in. Sara ran a few minutes over the hour that I scheduled, which I appreciated. I will be back.

My usual higher-end massage spots were all booked up and I really wanted a massage the day I visited Royalty For a Day Spa. I called and asked for a 5PM appointment -- they had one available. When I asked for more details over the phone about what add-ons they offer, the woman rushed off the phone. Whatever -- I showed up for my appointment and was taken upstairs by two women, one of which held me by my arms. Strange... I went ahead and changed, laid on the table and my "therapist" came in. Without asking me about any specifics of the massage like areas to avoid or focus on, she went ahead and got started. She then snagged my boxers off and hung them on the door -- without asking me?! Whatever, I let it go and she continued with the massage. The next 90 minnutes were pretty brutal. Her strokes were way too fast and became increasingly rushed towards the end of the massage. When I asked for hot stones, she left the room, brought back a couple of stones and just slid them across my back with no pressure or strategy. The entire massage was very poor, the therapist had no tact. She was friendly enough, but it was quite obvious that she was doing it for the tip. When it came time for payment downstairs, she processed the charge for $90. I instructed her to add a $15 tip (generous in my opinion considering the extremely poor massage) and she gave me a face of disgust. She snarkily said "20%, 20% minimum tip" and when I countered she refused to process my credit card until I agreed to tip her 20%. I've had literally dozens of massages and I can confidently say this is the worst experience I've ever had. The absolute lack of expertise and the unprofessional demeanor and straight up disregard is enough cause for me to never recommend this business to anyone.

The place was legit and friendly staff up until a tip was ask for....on top of the one I already gave. Then they sat there over my shoulder (as I was signing the receipt) and continued to complain after I gave more money! The massage was VERY mediocre and I was only being polite when I said it was OK. If your looking for a semi-relax time then come here, just remember the price is NOT worth it!

Please do not hesitate and book an appointment with Royalty for a Day Spa! The owner Anna was so welcoming when my boyfriend and I walked in. They took all the necessary precautions for covid by providing hand sanitizers and taking our temperatures. Anna and Judy are very nice and sweet and you feel like at home. The ambience is great and they made sure we were getting all the treatments needed. We will def come back again :)

This place is great! As soon as we walked in they took the necessary precautions for COVID-19 by providing us hand sanitizer and taking our temperature. The workers are so nice and funny! I did a couples massage and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and I would come here as a regular!

Best massage I've ever had. I got two Groupons for a 90 min. massage and went with my husband. They asked how we were doing along the way to make sure we were enjoying the experience. They applied perfect pressure from head to toes. Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I keep coming back! Judy is so kind and strong! Love her!

I have been a regular here for almost 2 years. Before, I had been to a number of massage parlors and I will say Royalty for a Day consistently gives great massages. My masseuse really pays attention to what my body needs, so for example she’ll pull out hot stones as needed. She’s also very careful about the temperature control. I always leave feeling relaxed and my body feels even better two days after. The place is very clean. Parking is easy and free.

I went there they were so friendly in the beginning. When it came time to pay the forced a tip on us and got mad when we didn’t tip the amount they wanted even after we said thank you twice she didn’t even respond.
