Zero stars. Called ahead to verify the salon had space for me and three others for pedicures and was told they had the space. When we arrived there weren’t even seats together for us to sit in (like I said we called ahead and the ladies in the chairs had only just been started). We all got set up with water and one of my other members was started on. The rest of us were not touched for thirty minutes. We had our feet sitting in cold water and our toes had pruned. I told them we would no longer be getting pedicures here and one of the ladies made us go sit in the front to “leave the chairs open for customers” which there were none waiting. Gross customer service. Don’t waste your time.

Very disappointed in this nail salon. They are appointment based only- they made me wait 40 minutes after my appointment time just to start my service. Not only that, they did not communicate with me at all. Not even a quick check in or offering a water or anything... Just make you sit there wondering how long you're going to be sitting there. And the lady pictured was extremely rude when I checked in to ask how much longer she anticipates me waiting for my service. She said you don't want to wait you can leave. I said that's not what I asked, I asked how long is the estimated additional wait time. The entire interaction was completely unprofessional, rude and uncalled for. The service I received was also very rushed and overpriced. It's too bad because the place is actually very clean and nice. They just need new employees.

I have come many times and have really enjoyed my pedi, Today I came first time with Tammi, she never spoke to me, man handled my feet rush me out the, asked for French tip she keep telling prices as if I couldn’t afford it, she painted half my nail asked for her to get the edge of my nails, asked as if I was asking for to much. I don’t think I’ll be back and if I do it will not by with Tammi, she was rude and all rhe way around unpleasant.

First time ever getting nails done. I have an issue with biting nails and peeling cuticles. When I walked out I thanked god because I finally had relief from the urge. If you have this same issue I recommend this place. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable in an awkward situation.

The man who was doing my pedicure and manicure was extremely rough. He would grab me (I had red marks on my ankles from it), push my feet off the board, get an attitude with me and when trimming my cuticles on both my toes and nails he got my skin, both times I told him it hurt and the second time he told me I was being too picky and he refused to do my nails anymore… the only things I said to him was that him cutting my skin hurt. Tiffany finished my nails, and she was very pleasant, which is why this isn’t one star, she also did my partner’s nails and they had a pleasant experience with her. I still will not be back purely for the blatantly inappropriate and aggressive behavior of the man. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

I'd like to give my nail tech the benefit of the doubt and say that he definitely tried. I'm not happy with it. I think they're terrible looking. They're glued to my skin. The nail polish doesn't even cover the whole acrylic and they're completely shaped wrong.

Got me as a last second walk in and gave me great service! Super friendly and, if you're neurodivergent, they don't force conversation. They are doing great for the cost and convenience and the work is amazing. Laid back and comfortable and only about 90 mins for a full set. Side note: I have wide nails from cchronic chewing when I was younger and he made it so they fit the acrylics perfectly with almost no visible sides! Definitely recommend.

Hhaven't gotten the gentleman's name that does my nails but he goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. It's always a relaxing experience coming here and I never feel rushed and always leave happy. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Edit: I went again and unfortunately I have to change my review. The lady I got this time rushed me very bad. She cut my cuticles sooo bad and made me bleed on almost every finger. I'm sad I had such a bad experience when the first was great. My fingers are very sore.

One of the best nail salons I’ve gone too. Impressed with their cleanliness to keep everyone safe. So many nail salons do not keep their shop clean. And my nail experience was relaxing and very well done. I got a mani-pedi and highly recommend!

They fit me in at the end of the day for a walk in pedi. It was nice, relaxing, conversation flowed at my pace and they had good TV on. Overall, good experience, and a great price. Will be going back.

0 stars. Horrible experience all around. Went to get my eyebrows waxed, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service and the worst wax I’ve ever gotten. I can only imagine what their other services are like.

Absolutely the worst experience. Rude people, made an appointment and waited for 45 minutes before leaving. The employees never once acknowledge us and when we let them know we weren’t going to come back because this was the third time we had to wait they just said “okay”. Well okay, I guess I’ll make my review and be sure to tell every girl I come in contact with how rude and unprofessional this business is.

Anna is fairly nice However there's another Asian lady that REALLY rubbed me the wrong way today and she knows exactly why. I don't live in P-West and there is a salon right by my house yet I still chose to drive all the way out to your salon. NEVER again, you have lost a long- time customer for good! SMH.

Horrible service. Very painful. Owner and employee had a dispute while I was getting a pedicure. The lady continued to do my pedicure but didn’t complete half of what was listed on the pedicure menu. I’m leaving with jacked up nail polish and worse looking feet then when I went in. Would not recommend if you’re wanting good quality or friendly atmosphere.

I got acrylic nails done. Upon first inspection, I noticed the acrylic was super thick but figured I could deal with it until I came back for a fill. Then 2 days later, my nails started to lift so I went back to get this taken care of. The person worked on it but 2 days after that, they were lifting again. I guess you get what you pay for so I will not be going back and I will not be recommending this business.

I used to come here on a regular because I LOVED Anna. This place has always been really good about staying clean. I stopped coming because it started to become nearly impossible to get in, even with an appointment. If you did a walk in you waited for at minimum 45 minutes. I took my daughter tonight for her 11th birthday. First, we checked in at 5:30. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait and we were seated in the pedi chairs. 7 rolls around and someone comes over and tells us they don’t have time anymore. They finally tell us they will get us done. Then this freaking lady has THE AUDACITY to tell my ELEVEN YEAR OLD that her legs are disgusting and she needs to shave! Which obviously made her cry. On top of that, she cut 3 of her toes and tells her “maybe you should hold still then.” Mind you she only lived because she cut her. I was watching. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER EVER come back here and I will make sure no one else ever does!!!!!

My favorite place to get a pedicure! They take their time and I’ve not once felt rushed in the three plus years I’ve been going. Clean environment, easy accessible parking. I’ve found it to be busy, making an appointment is best. Thanks again to David and his staff.

This is the third and last time. Ana is good but not good enough to make me wait almost an hour when I had an appointment which they insist on. My time is just as valuable as hers They don’t care about their customers I’m sure I will have no problem finding someone who respects my time and appreciates my generous tips.

This place is awful. The manger lady made me bleed countless times on my toes . I asked her nicely to stop countless times on things she was hurting me . I didn’t cause a scene in the store I nicely paid . Left & called . AFTER this lady made me bleed I don’t know how many times , after she got gel nail posh ALL OVER MY TOES & didn’t take it off AFTER all that & still no cussing no nothing I called to asked how we could fix this problem & she told me I WAS THE PROBLEM! She told me I was uneasy to make happy . How was I uneasy to make happy when I literally let her cut me countless times with the cuticle cutter ? I didn’t know asking to get the nail polish off my toes made me uneasy to work with 🤣 I didn’t know telling someone they was hurting you ( WHILE YOUR BLEEDING ) makes you uneasy to work with. Also I watched them use stuff on other girls that used on me WITHOUT cleaning the stuff . Straight up nasty
