Beautiful place to relax and be pampered. I’m a OTR truck driver, I arrived to NJ a day early for my delivery and had a free day to myself, I googled a few places and ROYAL BEAUTY was closes to me. I called got an appointment the same day and was taken care of right away. Warm welcoming atmosphere. If in the area again I will be returning.

The salon looks nice, but $63 for a mani-pedi like this isn’t worth it. My nails cracked immediately after leaving due to filing down too much, and by day two, the polish was chipping off. The technician anna skipped basic steps like cuticle removal and soaking, leaving dust particles under the polish which show underneath. It was just file and paint. They also charge $5 to remove gel and $1 more for certain nail polishes. Too many rules. Sadly, I won’t be back.

Great job. Went in for a dip manicure with dip already on from a previous place. The first place I went didn’t do a great job nails were lumpy and uneven. The girl I had did an amazing job worth the dip, shaped my nails perfectly and all around love the color and quality of work. It’s $45 for dip, but for a product that lasts 2-3 weeks worth it. Great alternatives to tips / acrylics when trying to grow your natural nails

I have been coming here for years! The place is really nice and clean. I love the ladies here. They do professional work and always have great conversations with me. Most of them have a long commute from New York everyday and they are working very hard to provide for their children and family. Nichole and her husband are super kind and always make the service personal. It’s always a treat to come here! :)

Just had a gel manicure done. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. She rushed through and did a terrible job. A few of my nails are rough. This place is just a factory and they do not care about their clients.

Anna was wonderful! The salon itself is so clean and gorgeous. Went in for a pedicure but ended up doing a combo that included spa pedicure, massage and a gel manicure. My nails look great and the entire experience was super relaxing! Great spot for a partial spa day!

Beautiful and clean salon. Pedicure feels a little rushed when it comes to the foot filing and massage tho but the rest is fine.

I just got my nails done here, I’ve been coming for a couple years on and off. I won’t be coming back, everyone says the service has been getting lower and lower and they’re right. I got a gel removal and callus removal for my feet and they charged me $45 and I tipped so it was over $50. That’s crazy! There isn’t even paint on my toes! I hope they get it together because I am so disappointed in the quality of this place. If you’re new to the area, definitely avoid :(

I used to go here for years and their care and quality was great. However they have become entitled, very very rude, and the quality has significantly worsened. My nails break very fast and I leave with chips and mistakes on my nails and if I ask them to fix it they are very rude about it. I’ve tried multiple staff members and each one has disappointed. They tend to rush you as well and very clearly have selective customers they take care of better than others. Disappointed :(

I won’t be back. The place is clean and they do a decent job but today I made an appointment for me and my husband to get pedicures. I arrived first and was told to pick out a color and took a seat waiting. About five minutes later the manager asked where my husband was and I said he was on his way… this was 6 minutes past our appointment time and i hadn’t been taken to a chair yet. He then proceeded to yell across the salon that he “can’t hold the appointment. Sorry! How long is he going to be? 20 minutes? 15 minutes?” I called my husband and told him to turn around. I understand you’re busy, if we had to wait a little, so be it.. but that’s no way to treat a customer in front of your entire salon. Separately, they always try to upsell you when you’re getting a pedicure by handing you a menu of pedicure types. They don’t explain that you can just select a basic pedicure for $15 cheaper than one of the menu options.

Literally the worst manicure I’ve had in years. (OPI Gel). This isn’t my usual salon but since I was in the area and needed my nails done I gave it a try. I’m not a picky customer either nor have I ever left a review of a beauty/nail salon. But I was extremely dissatisfied today. Very poor nail filing; they were not even and after asking her to even them out a bit she said the only way was to cut them down further. In my opinion the filing and shaping of the nails is equally as important as the polishing. The gel polish isn’t covering my entire nail on any finger, like the polish doesn’t go to the edge. As if that isn’t enough they do not do hand massages and their hot towel is not hot it’s actually very cold. I found that to be very odd. I have only experienced this one nail tech and I know they have many others but I will never give it another try anyway.

NOT GOOD - I went with my sister and Savina or Sabina was giving so much attitude and talking about my sister to her coworkers. The person who was doing my nails left chips, created thick nails, and a huge gap by the cuticle area. They don't cut your cuticles so they begin underneath the cuticle so it looks like you need a refill sooner. The only nice this about this place is the look of it. But if you want amazing nails for your hard earned money - SEARCH ELSEWHERE.

Second time going to this place for my nails. They do a good job was very satisfied both times. However, today I decided to get a pedicure. What a mistake. The guy who did my pedicure was the absolute worst ever. He did a terrible job. First of all he seemed annoyed that they asked him to do a pedicure. Second, he trimmed my nails with a nail clipper which is fine. Did not cut my cuticles. After soaking he proceeded to start to polishing my nails without filing or shaping my nails. When I questioned him about it he seemed shocked that I wanted my nails filed and shaped. He then proceeded to polish my nails and literally was slopping polish on and was getting it all on my skin. All my toe nails are not even or shaped the same. When I told the owner about what just happened she said oh sorry and thank you for the input. Absolutely the worst pedicure that I have ever gotten. She didn’t even offer to give a discount or a credit. Would not recommend this place if that guy is doing your pedicure.

Worst nail place ever. I came in to get acrylic gel nails with a French manicure and design on two fingers. She told me it was going to be $90 so I decided to get rid of the French manicure and do plain black nails. My nails ended up chunky, uneven, thick, and looked like duck nails. She messed up on the design and decided to leave it messy. In the end I paid $80. I’ve had better nails for way cheaper. I regret it

customer service isnt great here, i dont even think its good. I came here to do y nails for my wedding, I brought my mother with me. We stayed at a near by hotel. The nail tech doing my mother's nails wasnt patient with my mother. She doesnt do her nails she she wasnt sure as to what to type of design to get. So I didnt like that. Then after checking out, they hovered over us waiting for a tip. That['s unnecessary. If I want to tip I will, dont put pressure on customers to tip. I would not come back here at all. the only good thing I will say about them is that they work quickly. And When it comes to pricing, they over price everything.

Disappointed. Used to be good. Pedicure done to tech's liking, not mine. Had to redo myself to keep nails from lacerating their neighboring toes. Manicure also poor, and I didn't even get color. Just don't know what happened, but won't go back.
