This is not a nail salon, they do not provide standard nail services. they’ve destroyed my nails and had the most make shift set up I’ve ever seen, I should have left when they pull out filthy tools with nail clippings in it or the target portable home grade pedicure water machine but I didn’t because I’m not good with confrontation. They drilled my nails so thin it will take months to recover and the set was so horrible when I pointed out the nails were crooked and misshaped they said I still had to pay full price no matter what the nails looked like because they spent their time on it and it didn’t matter. Why they advertise themselves as a nail salon is beyond me. If you found yourself here or that you accidentally made an appointment here from just picking a place…. RUN!!!! do not get this place confused with next door just go there.

I will be honest, the first time I visited this place was to know what services they offer. So they did my nails and the result of them were not the best but not the worst. They do not have the UV light lamp so I ruined my nails when I took off. The nails fall off within a week so for me that was ok, I had my reasons why I needed fake nails for brief time. They charge cheap; for what it is giving, it is receiving. On the other hand, the lady did my eyebrows and they look amazing. This is an elderly friendly couple and they try their best, they work hard. Besides, this a peaceful atmosphere.

Beware! The nail salon next to Rosies is a much better choice. The old lady (and owner) here HACKED my nails took weeks into a month to recover :(

DO NOT GO TO ROSIES NAIL & HAIR SALON in Ventura next to Ross!!!!! Worst customer service ever!! Went to get my nails done with my mom and they claimed they knew how to apply nails and they seemed clue less , the man started drilling my nails and it started to shock me and I told him I didn’t want to the service and they locked the doors saying I needed to pay them the full price ( EVEN THO THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING YET) and that they would call the police! They called the police and the cops never even showed up!! The old lady there even grabbed me to stay! DO NOT GO THEY ARE DESPERATE FOR MONEY SHARED !!

I came from San Bernardino. Told guy what i wanted and he did the total opposite. Never coming back. 100% I'll make sure of that.
