Made an appointment over the phone two weeks in advance. When we got there, the guy said he had nothing for me and they were booked, very rudely. What’s the point of calling in advance?

I go frequently, not only for the great service but the staff are all friendly and attentive. Several nail technicians have worked on my manicure & pedicures and have all done a great job. My current nail technician bella is always great and professional. Best nail salon in lufkin ❤️

Absolutely hands down the best nail salon in Lufkin/Nac! Staff is friendly and professional, and has great prices. Bao always takes great care of me, never rushes, and always has my nails looking better than I imagined!

I’ve always been happy with my experience. The salon is very clean and the staff follows many cleanliness protocols (customers are asked to wash their hands before receiving services, salon tools and surfaces are cleaned quickly). The staff is always friendly and efficient. My nail technician, Candy, always does exactly what I want. I really enjoy my visit every time.

My nail esthetician was very accommodating to my requests. He was very good at paying attention to detail. My manicure and pedicure are perfect! I will definitely go to Rose Nails & Spa again in the near future.

I have used Amy and Steven for over 20+years. During this time, I have never had a nail fungus or infection. They sanitize all the instruments and make sure that the safety of the customer comes first. I make appointments in advance and generally do not have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes until service. My nails normally last 2 to 3 weeks without needing a fill. If a nail for some reason falls off because I bump it, they will repair it for a minimal cost. ( I think maybe once a year or once every two or three years this happens. Most of the time it is after my hands have been in water a lot.) Pedicures last 4 to 5 weeks and I recommend getting the shellac. They love their customers and truly try to give a good experience. The nail spa is beautiful!

My experience at Rose was extraordinary so relaxing and refreshing. Mike was amazing at my pedicure and nails. If your looking for an amazing relaxing experience then you need to go to Rose its in the same area of Sams Club/walmart. The front desk was courtesy and kind this place deserves a ten star rating.

I had a new nail tech Sarah. She could not speak English much. She did extra steps, didn't understand what I wanted, easy. When I checked out I was charged for all the extras she did. $139. I had a fit. Only I tip, other nail originals. I won't go back. Bad service.

I had a great first experience, tho the next one was rather pricey and the person I had was kinda rough as well as difficult, I had a simple design I wanted on 2 finger nails and they made a huge fuss over it and made me wait to get a new person to do them after finally figuring their stuff out. The nails weren't exactly what I wanted but they look good.

Pros: the salon is very clean and can accommodate lots of people, the atmosphere is really nice. Cons: my technician did a very inconsistent ombre on my nails and didn't seem too pleased with doing my nails. She was sighing and audibly expressing that the nails I requested were tiresome for her. The shape and length was different for each nail, some were lopsided and there was leftover acrylic under my nails. She was nice but clearly not having a good day. I paid $75 (before tip) for these nails so I expected better quality. The last photo on my review is what I requested. I would still recommend this salon.

They did a great job with my nails and a very relaxing atmosphere but they burned the top of my feet wit the stones and the paraffin wax. I pulled back a few times and told them it was too hot but continued to put them on my feet at legs.
