I’ve dealt with all kinds of acne on and off for the past 8 years and struggle to trust others with my skin, but I immediately felt like I could trust Ela after seeing the care, attention, and knowledge she put into my consultation and service. I just left my first appointment feeling so refreshed and inspired to work on not only my skin health but my overall wellbeing. My experience with Ela has been life changing. I went twice so far for for 2 personalized acne treatments. I was very impressed with the initial consultation because she was very honest and professional. She was able to point out exactly the things that were bothering me on my skin and was able to come up with a treatment plan. She is very genuine and calming to be around. She also gave me recommendations on what products to use and how to use them. I have been using them for 3 weeks and I am loving the results. I have done so many facials in the past but only she was able to bring results. She helped with active acne, clogged pores, black and white heads, inflammation on my skin, and fungal infection on my forehead. Honestly grateful for her help! ******* Update!!! Went back for another facial with Ela after not coming for about a year. Quality of her facial is still excellent. I tried so many other places around suffern and Montebello but honestly, NO ONE CAN COMPARE. Not only are her facials excellent, Ela promotes healthy skin through healthy lifestyle. She has amazing advice and they are truly priceless. I will keep coming back.

Could not recommend Ela enough! Honestly this was one of the best facials I received, I booked an appointment super last minute and she accommodated me as soon as she could! Her space was super relaxing and clean and the atmosphere she created was simply wonderful. Ela did such an amazing job not only explaining each step of what she was doing but also recommending the perfect skincare regimen for me. After my facial she texted me detailed recommendations on aftercare, what to eat and drink, and skincare recommendations. The next day she checked on me to see how I was doing, this shows that she genuinely cares about what she is doing and the people she provides services to. This was my first time getting a microneedling facial and I honestly will be back for sure! It's very hard finding a good spa for facials in Rockland County, but not anymore. Ela is the best without a doubt!

Hi! I’m ecuatorian and I was looking for a good facial to see if it could help me with my acne problem that started when I came to the USA ( never had this problem before, and I’ve tried treatments from dermatologists, birth control pills, and tthe problems always ended up coming back) and I found Ela :) very kind very interested to understand what I needed, she tried to understand how my lifestyle(food) is bc everything I was eating was affecting and increasing my acne condition and I’m so happy because she has helped me a lot, today was my second appointment and I’m in shock how my skin was at the first appointment and how clean and better it looks like (she showed me a picture), I really really recommend her, you can text her if you need to know or ask her something after the appointment She always says “I’m not a nutritionist, im not a doctor” but based on her experience what you eat affects your skin and that’s an advice not everybody gives

I was looking for a spa to get a skincare facial around the area and also get a gift certificate for my mom for Mother’s Day to get a skincare facial. I searched in Google and came across this place. This exceeded my expectations! Not only was the service fantastic, but Ela received us with a smile and was very welcoming. The place was very nice, clean and had a peaceful ambiance which is perfect for relaxation. The skincare facial was thorough and felt amazing! My skin felt refreshed, plump and glowing!
